Lektion 1
The Power Of Intent
Intent is a powerful tool to use when you meditate, pray, and create anything. Intent is the heart of the matter, in the heart of spirit. In this session, I talk about how to look deep inside to find how to set your true intent and how that motivates and directs your path. You can discover how to go to a place where you can connect clarity on setting your intent and find the motivation to create what your mission is.

Using Breath To Activate Your Awakening
Using breath is an essential aspect in all forms of meditation. I often quote a Zen master who said "Breath sweeps mind." We know when we go into meditation, we start most meditation with a focus on our breath. Breath can not only be used for relaxation, but also to activate and supercharge bringing energy in and releasing things we do not want.
In this session, we go into various breathing techniques and ways to use the breath to call light, to bring you peace, and to monitor your state of mind. It is a powerful tool to use in activating your awakening.

You Are Light
Light is a living, vibrant energy. It's a transformative force that can be a tool you use in meditation and healing and for protection. Light can drive away darkness and bring us to enlightenment. It is a powerful force we can use on a daily basis. Light is made of energy that informs our view of life.
Today, we’ll go into ways light can change your consciousness and energy levels. All of life is structured around light and its realm of energy. It's important to learn how to receive that light, store that light, and transmit it and send it out. There is also a deep light meditation included in today's session.

Expanding Your Meditation
Meditation is one of the most important things that you can do each day. Even if you just spend five or 10 minutes in the morning, it can be the most crucial time of your day. When we meditate, we reduce stress and let go of outer distractions, and we can also connect with our inner self. You can really unlock the unlimited keys you can find within when you venture into your soul.
Today, we'll explore ways you can use meditation to connect with your soul and open the door to higher consciousness. There is a wonderful meditation as well.

How To Remove Energy Blocks
Almost everyone has some hidden issues in life that may be holding them back from being who they wish to be and fulfilling their true life’s purpose. It may be what causes you not to do that New Year resolution or maybe to write that book that you’ve been thinking of.
Having recognition of resistance can happen on a very subtle level. As you are progressing along your path and meditating, you become more aware of issues you might have. In the quiet space of meditation, often, you will become aware of issues and blocks that you have.
Today, we go into how you can become aware of these blocks, address them, and release them.

Listening To Your Inner Voice
Listening to your inner voice is a very helpful tool to learn. If you develop an awareness of that voice within, you can be guided on your path and live from the soul. Your soul has its own tone and energy that is inherent in you. There is a place you go that is always there, waiting for you to listen to that inner voice of your soul. You can create a place where it can speak to you and reflect your consciousness.
Today, we will connect you with that inner voice and start to develop a deep relationship with it. That inner voice can be an amazing tool to help you in your life.

Creating A Positive Attitude
Studies regularly show that optimists are more likely to maintain better physical health than pessimists, including a 50% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and greater survival rates when fighting cancer. A positive attitude can truly help you get through life’s challenges. People who see the glass half-full also enjoy better health than gloomy types who see it half-empty.
Your attitude colors your entire life. It is very important to be aware of your attitude in life and discover how you can easily change a negative attitude to a positive one by monitoring your thought. Today's lesson is supercharged with positive energy.
Lektion 8
Do What's Right
Today, I talk about how you can determine if you are making the right decision and doing the right things in your life. In Hawaii, the word is “Pono." In every practice and in every culture, there are guideposts to determine if you are doing the right thing.
I know the American Indians have the Red Road. You follow the red road; things go right. There are always some deep connections in our souls that guide us to do what is right. That brings up a lot of points like, what's your motivation? Do you have a conscience? Are you listening to your conscience? This is connected to our karma and cause and effect in life.

What Is Prayer?
Almost every day, we see people asking for prayers online. But do you really pray when people ask for you to, or do you just send them some good energy? There is wonderful comfort and power in prayer. If you encounter an overwhelming and downright scary situation, you will find that it helps to take a few moments to go within and pray.
In this session, we go into how you can activate your prayers by having a conversation with God. How to ask for guidance and protection by making contact with that presence of God within. God is there for you, and the spark of the light and love of Mother/Father God is always with you to call on.
Lektion 10
The Place Of Stillness
There is a sacred place within stillness. In the space of stillness, there is a healing and wonderful place to be. When we practice meditation and contemplation, we find that place inside where we can be still. You will find the energy in sacred stillness is a refuge and a recharging station.
All practices ask you to be still and to be aware, and that practice is a very timeless practice that’s been going on for thousands of years. Many people avoid stillness with distractions, but when you find a way to connect to that place of inner stillness wonderful things can happen. We will go to that sacred place within and dwell in stillness. There is also a lovely meditation included in today's session.
