In this course, I will teach you the most useful tools you can use to release stress and stop the very negative effects it can cause in your body and mind. It has been proven that stress causes, low energy, headaches, upset stomach, constipation, and nausea. Studies also show it can cause body aches, pains, tense muscles, chest pain and rapid heartbeat, insomnia, frequent colds, and infections. It can also cause irritability, anxiety, depression. The good news is almost all of these negative effects can be overcome with spiritual tools that you can learn to use. Preliminary evidence suggests that even brief instruction in a simple meditation technique can improve negative mood and perceived stress in healthy adults, which could yield long-term health benefits.
