Welcome everyone to our session on seven limb prayer which is considered as a complete and very powerful prayer.

It's a beautiful practice of praying not just with yourself but it takes along each and every person with you.

Be seated comfortably.

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.

Now imagine in front of you the being or the God or Lord to whom you would like to pray to.

See all the immense qualities of that being whom you are seeing right in front of you.

And now imagine that all other beings in this world are joining you for this practice.

On your right hand side imagine your mother and all your female friends and relatives standing with you.

On your left is your father or your guardian and all your male friends and relatives.

Also see the people whom you feel a little difficulty with to be standing with you.

And now imagine all the beings of the world including animals have joined you in this practice.

Now with great motivation,

Great faith and love let's start our seven limb prayer.

The first limb is prostration or joining your hands.

Imagine you and all other beings who are standing with you are prostrating or joining their hands and paying respect to the almighty or the awakened one in front of us.

Feel the oneness in the world doing this practice together and feel the great qualities of the God thanking them for being with us today.

The second limb is called offering.

Think about all the things that you have in your life.

Open up your heart and offer to the almighty and everyone around you the things you have in your life.

Your food,

Your health,

Your education,

The comfort of your home,

The family or whatever the beautiful things that you have.

Feeling immense gratitude of the things in your life and offer it to the almighty.

The third limb is confessing your negativities.

Think about your not so good actions that you did today or yesterday and confess them.

Feeling a little regret and also the resolution to not to do it again.

I confess my negative actions,

I feel bad about it but it's okay now that I know them I will rectify them.

The fourth limb is rejoicing.

Rejoice in your good deeds.

Rejoice in the good deeds of all the beings around us.

Think about the different people in your life who have done beautiful things for you,

Your family and your friends and they keep doing it every day for you.

Think about their and your good deeds and rejoice in them.

The fifth and the sixth limb is to request our Lord,

The almighty or the awakened one to be with us always.

Protect us and keep giving your profound teachings to us.

The last limb is to feel that positive energy in you.

The positive vibes that you have created for yourself and all the beings around you and give that energy for the welfare of all beings around you.

May everyone find happiness.

May everyone find peace.

Feel a lot of energy going out from your heart engulfing each and every being that you have thought about.

Now with a smile on your face,

Feel the bliss you have created and open your eyes.

Thank you for praying with all of us.
