Welcome to your healing meditation with Phoebe Ganswally.

To begin,

Get into a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

We are going to slow your breathing right down by taking 5 deep inhalations and exhalations together.

Breathe in 2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5 and in 2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5 and in 2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5 and in again 2,

3,

4,

5 and exhale.

And the last one in 2,

3,

4,

5 and release 2,

3,

4,

5.

And now just come back to normal breathing.

Notice how different your body feels from before the deep breaths.

How from focusing your energy into your breathing is able to calm your body right down and it helps you take control back over your body.

Our breath is our energy of life.

By controlling the way that we inhale and exhale we control our body and control the world around us.

Now we are going to look through our body and just see if there is any areas that need a little bit more extra air into to help soften.

Are you holding any tension?

Let's start from the top of the head.

From the crown move between the eyes,

The nose,

The mouth,

The chin,

The neck,

The shoulders.

We are going to stop here at the shoulders.

Just take a nice deep inhale 2,

3,

4,

5 and exhale 2,

3,

4,

5.

Let's move from the shoulders down through the chest,

Stomach,

The hips,

The top of the legs,

The knees,

Your feet.

And is there anywhere that you are holding a little bit more tension?

Maybe something just feels a little bit off.

Breathe some air into that space to help it soften.

Your whole body is completely naturally relaxed because you have helped it to through just your mind you have taken control and from your breath you have softened and relaxed your whole body.

Now I would like you to imagine that you are sitting on a beautiful park bench in the middle of a lovely garden.

Completely surrounding you is green grass,

Bushes,

Trees,

Flowers,

So many flowers.

Any color of flower that you like,

Perhaps all the colors are around you.

Take some time to look at the different textures,

The different sizes.

Are there many flowers around you or just a few beautiful pieces decorating the greenery?

You look above these trees hanging over creating a lovely vibration of nature energy and you feel so relaxed and at peace just looking at all the beautiful gifts of the world.

There's a few butterflies flying over,

One comes down and touches your arm.

It tickles,

It's giving you little kisses.

The sounds of the birds are beautiful all around you.

You feel completely at peace and so relaxed.

There is no where you need to be than right here in this moment and in this garden.

Take a few breaths as you look at your surroundings.

Perhaps the textures of the leaves of the trees,

The grass,

The flowers,

The little butterflies,

Everything is so beautiful all around you.

You feel completely clear headed.

There's not a care in the world.

There's no stress.

There's no way you need to be than right here in this special garden which is your sacred space.

As you stay in this place you allow the energy of mother nature to move through your body.

You are completely allowing any thoughts of negativity to be released and disappear amongst the garden and in exchange all beauty,

Calming vibrations are moving through,

Through your body.

As you sit and look at the garden,

You can see the leaves of the trees.

You realize how perfect everything is around you.

How well timed your life is.

How everything that happens to you is happening for you.

The longer you sit in this garden the more confidence you feel inside.

As you feel the love within your heart opening,

Expanding and connecting with the nature around you.

You look up at the sky,

Beautiful blue sky,

The soft sun glowing gently.

It's the most perfect temperature.

Life is perfect right now in this moment and it is always.

It's just up to you to hold on to this belief,

To still your body and your mind with these things to stop and look at the nature that surrounds you.

Look again at the garden,

Those beautiful leaves,

The flowers and the butterflies,

The flowers and the butterflies.

Right now you're in your happy place,

You're in your peaceful place.

You're going to stay here for a little while,

Enjoy this beautiful garden.

As you sit here and breathe,

Your body is being re-cleansed,

Refreshed.

All the negativity is leaving you,

All the beautiful energy is coming into your soul,

Into your body,

Into your mind.

The smell of the flowers,

The sounds of the birds.

You are relaxed and at peace.

Everything is so perfect.

This is your special place.

As you sit here,

Your mind is going to be completely clear.

You're going to have complete clarity over your life.

If there are any messages for you to know,

Now is the time that the voice from within your heart is going to tell you.

If there's something that needs to be changed,

If there's more confidence that needs to come through to you,

Whatever the love message that needs to come,

Just sit and wait here for the final touch of space and allow the messages to come.

Here we go.

Let's go.

It's time for you to leave this garden now.

But you know that you can come back to it any time that you want to.

All it takes is the closing of eyes,

A deep breath and imagine yourself sitting here in this garden.

Any messages that need to come through,

Will come through to you.

Close your eyes and just remember this sacred space that everything is perfect on time and you have control over your mind and your body with just your breath.

Remember this clarity.

Remember the message that you heard.

When you are ready,

You may open your eyes.

Lovely warm soft voice, great pace, and wonderful visualization. Excellent music too. I prefer more volume separation between music and voice, with the music clearly in the background and the voice in the foreground. This seemed equal to me. I also have a slight hearing impediment so my assessment could certainly be skewed by that.

Hi there Phoebe dear Wow that was a really great Meditation which hovers right up there with my very best. You have such a lovely soft and gentle voice , which could actually put one to sleep . That might actually be contra indicative to the reason one chose this meditation in the first place anyway . But that maters not when one emerges from a state of sheer utopian bliss to continue with ones to do list for the rest of the day. Please continue with the creation of many many more . Namaste šŸ™
