Welcome to the raw cacao inspired triple NLP process of letting go,
Boosting your gratitude and welcoming in abundance in your future.
Take a moment to make yourself comfortable,
Either sitting or standing up.
Close your eyes.
Focus for a moment on your breathing.
Take in a deep breath.
And as you breathe in,
Notice the most relaxed place in your body as you breathe out,
Stress and tension can disappear.
Take another deep breath in and allow those feelings of relaxation to spread as you breathe out.
And one more deep breath in.
And as you do,
Notice the feelings of relaxation spread as you breathe out.
And you can allow something to come to mind.
Or you can go into this process with an idea of something that holds you back,
That you want to let go of,
Or simply a limiting belief that holds you back from achieving more of what you both want and deserve from your experience journeying through life.
And as you allow this thought to come to mind,
Imagine floating up out of the experience so you can see yourself in that situation.
Imagine that on a big movie screen and sit yourself down in the best seat in the theatre.
As you see yourself on the screen,
Imagine floating up out of the you sat in the seat and float all the way to the back of the theatre and look at yourself,
Watching yourself on the screen.
As you see yourself there,
In the seat,
Watching the way you used to be in that situation,
You can notice how different you feel.
And as the events play out,
You continue to feel different about them.
Out there in the distance,
Push the images on the movie screen further away,
Off into the distance so they get smaller and smaller and the old feelings diminish completely.
Imagine the lights coming up in the theatre and the screen going bright white.
Float back into the best seat and imagine on the screen you,
Being and acting the way you want to be in that situation.
Allow a new feeling of curiosity and excitement to build as you look at yourself,
Acting in a more resourceful way,
Able to resolve any challenges that may happen and allow these good feelings to spread all over your body as you see yourself acting in that new way now.
These good feelings spread all over your body.
Now you can feel grateful for letting go and taking the time to do that simple process and you can increase the gratitude you feel by bringing to mind someone or something you feel grateful for.
Allow yourself to smile as you bring to mind the feelings of gratitude.
Widen the smile as you make the images in your mind of the things you feel grateful for bigger,
Brighter,
Bolder and notice how wonderful it is to boost those feelings of gratitude around your body.
Then give them a colour and pulse them up and down and all around your body feeling really good.
As you continue to smile,
Laugh or both and benefit from the blissful feelings of gratitude flooding your body,
Imagine floating up and looking out into your future.
And as you do,
Bring to mind one of the things that you want more of in your life,
A goal you are working towards and as you do,
Send another burst of good feelings through your body as you see yourself achieving,
Experiencing and having more of what you want.
Move forward in time and drop down into that moment.
See what you would see there,
Hear what's happening around you and feel how good that makes you feel.
Send another burst of gratitude and good feelings all around your body and enjoy noticing all the things around you that let you know you've got more of what you desire.
Float back up and look out further into your future and see what's next.
Feel the gratitude and feel good and send all those feelings around your body.
Float back to the present moment and look one more time at all the things you want more of and send these good feelings out there into the future along your timeline,
Sparkling into the future's bright.
Feeling good,
Knowing you have taken the time to deliberately get into perspective,
Make smaller and let go of things that don't make your life a better place,
As well as express gratitude for the wonderful things and people in your life and take in a moment to make a plan to have more of what you do want in life.
Imagine how good you'll feel doing this process each morning.
