Hi,
My name is Carolyn Zeele.
Thank you for joining me in this morning manifestation meditation.
If you want to find the secrets of the universe,
Think in terms of energy,
Frequency,
And vibration.
Nikola Tesla.
In today's meditation,
We're going to tap into universal energy.
You're going to raise your vibration and the universe will rise up and meet you.
So first,
In order to do that,
We need to release,
Let go of,
Get rid of,
Purge anything,
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any vibrations that might not be serving you in this moment.
And then,
When you've created all that beautiful space,
We'll fill it with your desires for your day and you will literally design the day you would like to manifest.
So what you'll need is your journal,
Ideally by your side,
And we can get started.
Settle in in a comfortable position and when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
And take a moment just to focus on your breath.
Checking in.
And in this moment,
Without judgment,
How do you feel?
How did you wake up this morning?
Did you wake up rested and happy?
Or did you have a bad dream?
Is there a looping thought round and round in your head that you just can't let go of?
Really feel into yourself here and just allow whatever feelings,
Emotions arise to just be,
Just allow.
When you feel ready,
Turn to your journal and write everything down.
Literally dump any feelings of negativity,
Anger,
Grief,
Sadness,
Anything that is making you uncomfortable,
Anything that's bringing you down,
That's lowering your vibration.
Use your journal to release it and be as honest and raw as you can.
This is a judgment-free zone.
This is a karma-free way of letting go of anything that does not serve you,
That may not feel perfect or pretty.
Get as messy and angry and sad as you wish and just let it out.
There is no wrong way to do this.
You are in a safe space.
You can tear these pages out,
You can shred them,
You can burn them,
You can even create a ritual.
You can say to the universe,
I'm giving this up to you.
Please take it from me.
So turn toward your journal and let it all out.
And as you complete your dump,
Gently close your eyes and notice how you feel after releasing into your journal.
And notice the space you've created.
Let's fill this space now with your ideal day,
The intentions you'd like to set for your day.
Ask yourself and answer in your journal,
How do I want to feel today?
How do I want to feel today?

What am I most excited about and looking forward to today?
What am I most excited about and looking forward to today?

What am I ready to welcome more of into my life today?
What am I ready to welcome more of into my life today?

And what are one,
Two,
Or three things I can do today to bring more joy into my life while I move myself closer to my desires?
What are one,
Two,

And these things don't have to be big things.
They can be tiny little things,
Tiny little things that move you closer to what you desire.
For our last prompt,
I'd like to share with you the law of karma.
Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like-kind.
What we sow is what we reap.
And when we choose actions that bring happiness and success to others,
The fruit of our karma is happiness and success.
For this last journal prompt,
How can you apply the law of karma in your life?
In other words,
How can you show up,
Support,
Love,
Offer happiness,
Joy,
Kindness,
Compassion to someone else today?
So I'll leave you here with your high vibrational thoughts.
This is a practice you can do every morning.
You can literally design your life one day at a time,
And I invite you to try it,
To manifest a little magic in your life by simply setting intentions and journaling.
