This guided meditation invites you to explore the sacred power of language through the lens of The Four Agreements—specifically, the practice of being impeccable with your word. Rooted in ancient wisdom and mindful breathwork, this journey helps you uncover your true intentions, speak them into being, and gently release words that no longer serve you. With space for reflection, visualisation, and silence, you'll return feeling grounded, aligned, and empowered to speak from a place of truth. A beautiful practice for anyone ready to reconnect with their inner voice and live with soulful integrity.

Hello,

I'm Diana.

I'd like to welcome you to this meditation,

Manifest Your True Intentions.

Begin by finding a place where you can be alone for the duration of this meditation.

A place where you can put your device down and have some earphones in or on.

A place where you can sit comfortably with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor.

Or you can decide to put your feet up when you so desire.

When you prefer to do so,

You can also choose to lay down.

But ideally in a place where you do not normally sleep,

So that you can stay awake for the duration of this meditation.

Make sure that you stay warm during this meditation.

Maybe use a blanket to cover yourself when that's needed.

Please relax as much as you can and let my voice guide you through this meditation.

Gently close your eyes and start relaxing and noticing the present moment that you are experiencing right now.

Begin by arriving,

Just arriving in this moment.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing to fix and nowhere to go.

Just be here.

Let's take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a moment and gently exhale through your mouth.

And we'll do this two more times.

Two more deep intentional breaths together.

So again,

Inhale through your nose and hold and gently exhale through your mouth.

And to find its own rhythm now.

Soft and un-feel the natural rise and fall of your breath.

Begin to bring gentle awareness to the word.

The word as sound.

The word as energy.

And the word as truth.

In the Toltec wisdom of the Four Agreements,

We are invited to be impeccable with our word.

This means recognizing the sacred power of language.

Not only what we say out loud,

But also how we speak to ourselves within.

Begin to listen inward.

What words have been circling within your mind today?

Notice them without judgement.

Simply observe.

With your breath as an anchor,

Become present to the tone of your inner voice.

Is it kind?

Is it harsh?

Or is it hopeful?

Each word that we speak,

Out loud or in thought,

Is like a seed.

Planted in the fertile soil of the universe,

It takes root and begins to grow.

Begin to visualize your words as seeds.

Some are blooming into beautiful flowers of truth.

Others may have grown into weeds,

Rooting,

Criticism,

Or old stories.

Take a breath.

Inhale the knowing that you can choose your seeds.

Exhale the stories that no longer serve you.

You are the gardener,

Are the one sowing the seeds.

And your word is your sacred tool.

And let's now work with a gentle breath practice.

We'll inhale for a count of four.

Hold for a count of two.

And exhale for a count of six.

So let's try that together.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

I'd like you to continue breathing in this pattern on your own for four more times.

Let the exhale be a soft letting go of false words,

Or harsh words,

Or inherited words.

Words that do not belong to your soul.

With every exhale,

Imagine clearing space for new truth.

We'll begin with a guided visual journey.

Let your breath be easy.

Let your body soften.

Imagine yourself standing in a quiet place.

Perhaps it's a garden,

Or maybe a beach at sunset.

Or a mountaintop.

This is your sacred inner space.

Your sanctuary of truth.

In your hand,

You hold a glowing stone.

This stone contains your true intention.

What you most deeply desire to live,

Embody,

Or offer to the world.

As you gaze into the stone,

You begin to see a word forming.

This is your word of truth.

Your word for this season of life.

It might be clarity,

Or love,

Or maybe strength,

Or peace,

Or honesty.

What word appears for you?

Let it arise.

Let it speak.

Once your word has arrived,

Whisper it gently out loud,

Or silently within.

Repeat after me.

I choose this word.

I honor this word.

Let's take some time here to sit in silence,

Breathing gently,

As this word settles into your being.

I will stay silent for three minutes,

So that the word can become yours.

I'll let you know when one minute has passed,

And then again when two minutes have passed.

And lastly,

When we are at the full three minutes.

It has been one minute.

It has been two minutes.

And now,

We have arrived at the three minute mark.

Now that your true word has emerged,

You begin to speak it into your life.

Imagine speaking this word with kindness to your family,

Or maybe to your work,

And otherwise to your community.

See how the energy of this word changes your posture,

Your face,

And your choices.

Feel how you begin to live impeccably with this word,

How it guides your actions.

If you notice places where you have not been impeccable with your word,

Towards yourself or others,

This is a moment of grace.

Say inwardly,

I forgive myself for words spoken in fear.

I return to truth.

I return to clarity.

Breathe into your heart.

Breathe into your throat.

Release the past.

Make space for the present.

And when you feel ready,

Start to gently come back to the here and now.

Come into your body,

Into your consciousness,

Your awareness,

And into your mind.

Take your space back into the world.

As you're coming back into the present moment,

Let yourself explore and say yes to the emotions that will continue to amplify.

The emotions of joy and of relaxation during the rest of your day and the time to come.

Know that you can decide to continue to feel this way.

Take a deep breath in and let go when you're ready.

While keeping your eyes closed for a little longer,

Notice the sounds around you.

Notice how your body feels.

Feel the surface that you're sitting or lying on under your body.

Feel the surface your feet are on.

Feel your clothing on your body.

Move your fingers a little.

Wiggle your toes a little.

Gently circle your shoulders.

Gently move your head from side to side and become more and more present.

Welcome joy,

Peace,

And comfort to continue being with you on your path today and in the time to come.

Take a deep breath and let go when you're ready.

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Fully coming back to the present moment.

Stay seated for a bit more time.

Look around the room and notice a few things around you.

And when you feel ready to do so,

You can sit up or you can stand up and return to going about your day.

And know that all the good that was experienced will continue for the rest of the day and the time to come.

Thank you for joining me today in this meditation.
