And gently close your eyes.

Breathe in deeply and release.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this new day.
A day that has never been.
Existed before.
A fresh page.
A new beginning.
As you breathe,
Notice the quiet space within.
The part of you that remains steady,
No matter what the day may bring.
Take a moment to appreciate that you are here.
Alive.
Breathing.
I'm present.
And remind yourself.
I welcome this new day with an open heart.
I am calm,
Centered,
And grounded.
I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way.
I choose peace over worry.
I choose gratitude over complaint.
I choose presence over rushing.
Take another slow breath in.
And let it go.
At your own pace.
Imagine yourself moving through your day with ease.
Speaking kindly.
Listening deeply.
Making choices that support your well-being.
Allow yourself to feel a sense of confidence growing within you.
And repeat silently.
Today I will do my best and my best is enough.
I carry peace within me.
I carry strength within me.
I carry wisdom within me.
I am ready for this day.
Take one final deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
When you feel ready,
Gently move your fingers and toes.
And slowly open your eyes,
Bringing this sense of calm,
