Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh,
Calming air and gently exhale,
Releasing any tension.
And let's do this again.
Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,
Feel your body becoming just a little bit heavier and a little more relaxed.
Now imagine yourself lying on the softest,
Most comforting cloud.
It cradles you perfectly,
Supporting you with a gentle,
Pillowy embrace.
The cloud is warm beneath you,
Soft like cotton,
Around you like a cozy cuckoo.
With each breath,
You feel yourself becoming lighter,
As if the weight of the day is gently dissolving.
Your cloud begins to float,
Lifting you effortlessly into the night sky,
