Hello,
I want to welcome you to this meditation from survival mode to thriving.
So let's begin.
I want to invite you to use this time,
This time for you,
This is your time.
Use it to relax and soften,
To breathe and to remember that you are more than your survival.
You are stepping gently into a space where thriving is possible.
If at any moment you feel uncomfortable,
Know that you can pause,
That you can open your eyes,
Or return to your breath.
You are always in control.
Take a slow and steady breath in,
And let it slowly flow out.
And again,
Take a slow breath in,
And let it go.
Feel the support beneath you,
Whether this is a chair,
A bed,
The floor,
Or the earth,
Wherever you have made yourself comfortable.
Feel the support,
And notice how you are held,
And that you are safe in this moment.
And now I'd like to invite you to bring your attention to your feet.
Imagine roots gently extending down into the earth,
Steadying you,
Holding you,
And giving your strength.
Notice your body,
Gently,
Without judgment.
If there's any tightness,
Breathe kindness into those places.
With every exhale,
Let go of what you no longer need to carry.
And let's use this following affirmation.
You can repeat it silently,
Or out loud,
Whatever suits you best.

And lots of possibility.
This is the path of thriving.
Take a gentle step forward in your mind's eye.
Notice how the ground feels different,
How it feels softer,
And brighter,
And more welcoming.
And also here,
Let's use an affirmation.
So repeat this silently,
Or out loud after me.
