This is davidji,

And welcome to today's meditation that will help you erase your anxiety,

Calm your worries,

And to fully relax after a stressful moment.

So let's settle in.

To truly get the most out of our time together,

Feel free to lie down in your bed,

On a couch,

On the floor,

Surround yourself with pillows,

And gently feather your nest.

Whatever you're laying on right now,

Allow it to fully support you,

And put a pillow or a cushion under your head,

And feel that comfort.

Always keep moving towards comfort,

Remember comfort is queen.

And let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in together,

Allow your eyelids to ever so gently float closed as you exhale,

And let's just breathe here for a bit.

And as you breathe,

Become aware of your physical body.

Notice how your body is breathing.

Notice how your arms are resting right here.

Notice how your legs are supported.

Feel your hips being supported.

Notice how the tip of your tailbone is supported.

Your spine.

Your shoulders.

Your magnificent head.

Simply allow in this moment,

Allow the world to cradle you right now,

Holding you,

Supporting you,

Embracing you.

You are safe and protected.

So let's gently drift our attention to the breath,

And simply notice it.

Notice it as it comes in.

Notice it as it flows back out.

There's nowhere else to be,

And nothing else to do,

Except to be right here,

Right now,

In this sacred,

Precious,

Present moment.

And feel your breath moving through you.

Not just the physical breath,

But the breath of consciousness,

The breath of prana,

Life force,

Vital energy,

Moving into you,

And moving through you,

Nourishing every aspect of who you are.

Feel free to adjust yourself,

To move towards comfort,

But aside from that,

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to do,

Nothing to change.

You're perfect.

In this moment,

You are whole.

Come back to the breath.

Feel the universe flowing into you with each inhale,

And notice this dynamic exchange as you exhale and flow that breath back out into the world.

Notice that your mind is calming.

Notice that your body is fully relaxed.

And notice that the swirl inside of you and outside of you is continuing to slow down.

In this moment,

You are truly abiding in your true nature,

Pure,

Unbounded consciousness.

So simply allow,

Accept,

Receive this moment without wanting it to be different,

Better,

Or changed in any way.

Simply receive the healing.

This is you in total alignment,

Total,

Authentic expression,

And as you breathe in,

Feel kindness flowing into you,

Moving into your body,

Into your heart,

Into your brain,

Into your organs,

Kindness for how perfect you are,

Kindness for how whole you are right now.

With your next breath in,

Allow gratitude to flow into you,

Grateful that we could be here together right now in this sacred,

Precious,

Present moment,

Regulating our nervous system and fully relaxing our body,

Allowing it to heal,

Returning you to equilibrium,

The steady center.

And as gratitude flows into you,

Feel free to rest your hands on your heart right here and allow so many things that you're grateful for to just unfold before you,

Taking stock of all the magnificent gifts you received in this life,

Even taking stock of when things got a little easier when they were so hard,

Taking stock that you got to wake up one more day,

Taking stock of the love in your life,

The deep connections,

The moments of happiness.

Notice how softly you're breathing right now.

Notice how effortlessly the life force flows into you.

Notice how special this moment truly is.

This is that moment where you realize that you're not your worries,

You are not your fears,

You are not your anxieties,

You are the calm amidst the chaos,

The stillness at the center of the storm,

The space between this is who you are,

The space between your thoughts,

The space between your breaths,

The space between your heartbeats,

The space between your words,

The space between your actions.

Simply allow it,

Rest in it,

Draw comfort from this moment.

Always returning to your breath,

Soft,

Effortless.

And now invite an intention into your awareness,

Any way you'd like to feel in this moment and the next,

Surrender and allow it to crystallize.

And simply allow that intention to flow into you with each inhale and flow through you with each exhale.

Allow this intention to become you,

Feel it embed into every aspect of your being.

And now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath into your heart,

Plant that intention right there and release the breath knowing you have planted it in this tranquil,

Peaceful,

Relaxed center of your heart.

Knowing that you will manifest it,

Knowing that you will continue it with each beat of your heart and feel free to give your heart a gentle massage right here.

Feel free to massage any other part of your body that could use some tenderness and love,

Some comfort and some soothing and when it feels comfortable,

Allow some movement to come into your body.

Maybe wiggle your toes,

Move your legs,

Wiggle your fingers and ever so gently open your eyes.

You've just given yourself such a powerful and profound gift of the sacred,

Precious,

Present moment.

And as you move throughout the day,

If the moment gets uncomfortable or stressful or should you feel any anxiety,

Just breathe yourself back into this sacred,

Precious,

Present moment and step forward with new eyes,

A new mindset and a new heart set.

From the sweet spot of the universe,

Feel free to return to this meditation whenever you feel moved to fully erase your anxiety.
