Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Gently feather your nest.
Remember comfort is queen.
Always keep moving towards comfort throughout the meditation.
And together,
Let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and ever so gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time and allow our eyelids to ever so gently float closed.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and gently release.
And with our next breath,
We'll breathe in through our eyes,
Ever so aware that our upper lid is resting so softly,
So tenderly against our lower lid.
Breathe that softness in through your eyes and as you exhale,
Allow that softening to flow through your face.
Feeling your face soften with each exhale,
Breathing in softness through that tender connection of your eyelids and letting your temples,
Your ears,
Your cheeks,
Your lips just soften.
Breathing in softness,
Allowing it to do its magic on the exhales.
And with our next breath,
We'll breathe in through our eyelids,
Feel that soft connection,
That tender connection.
And as you exhale,
Allow your throat to soften.
After a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your eyes,
Feel that softening pouring into you and as you exhale,
Allow your throat to soften.
All that tightness,
Feel it loosen,
All that constriction and holding back in your throat,
Feel it release.
Breathing in softness through your eyes,
Allowing your throat to soften with each exhale.
And again,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your eyes,
Those tender eyelids resting against each other.
Feel the softening in your face,
The softening in your throat and as you exhale,
Drift your attention to your heart.
Allow your heart to soften.
Whatever weight's resting on your heart with each exhale,
Just allow it to lift off of you.
In through your eyes,
That soft connection,
Out through your heart,
That tender release.
If there are emotions that you've been holding on to,
Allow them to express right now.
Softness flows in through your eyes,
Relaxes your face,
Eases your throat and allows your heart to open just a bit.
And one last time,
We'll breathe in through our eyes,
Feel that soft,
Tender connection through your eyelids as the breath moves between them and down deep into your belly.
And feel your belly soften.
Whatever stress,
Anxiety,
Or tightness in your belly with each inhale through your eyes,
That softening breath flows into you so gently and feel it soften your belly as you exhale.
And in this moment,
Notice that your face is relaxed,
Your throat is soothed,
Your heart is comforted,
And your belly is eased.
And you've accomplished this transformation simply by breathing,
Simply allowing,
Simply accepting this soft,
Healing energy and letting it flow through you.
In this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment where you've given yourself permission to fully receive,
Allow these words from the Tao Te Ching to wash over you.
Do you have the patience to wait till your mud settles and the water is clear?
Can you remain unmoving till the right action arises by itself?
The master doesn't seek fulfillment,
Not seeking,
Not expecting,
She is present and can welcome all things.
As these words vibrate through you,
Let's take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your eyes,
Your face softening,
Your throat soothing effortlessly,
Your heart receptive and healing,
Your belly eased and relaxed.
Let's just stay in this space,
Allowing the healing,
The healing in your head,
The healing in your body,
The healing in your heart,
Allow it all,
Accept it all,
Receive it all.
And let's invite an intention of healing into our awareness.
Invite that healing,
Accept that healing.
This is the moment to return to the memory of your wholeness.
Allow tranquility to ripple through you,
Moving through you with each breath,
With each beat of your heart.
Make a blessing on yourself right now,
Allow that healing intention to begin to form.
And once you can see it in your mind's eye,
Invite that intention into your heart and plant it there like a seed in that fertile soil of your heart.
With each beat of your heart,
That intention crystallizes.
With each beat of your heart,
That intention begins to flow through you.
With each beat of your heart,
That healing energy pulses through every fiber of your being.
Feel it wash your brain,
Bathe your organs,
Flow through your body,
Healing everything it touches,
Every cell,
Every aspect of who you are.
Feel it infuse itself into every fiber of your being.
Simply allow.
Simply accept.
Simply receive the healing that moves through you with each breath and with each beat of your heart.
We'll use the mantra,
I am whole.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am whole.
I am loved.
I am peace.
Allow that mantra to just flow through you.
I am whole.
I am loved.
I am love.
I am peace.
Say it out loud with me one time.
I am whole.
I am loved.
I am peace.
And now whisper it with me.
I am whole.
I am loved.
I am love.
I am peace.
And now begin to repeat it silently to yourself over and over and over.
And when you realize that you've drifted away,
And you will,
To thoughts or sounds or physical sensations ever so gently drift back to,
I am whole.
I am loved.
I am love.
I am peace.
I'll watch the time,
And when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
I am loved.
I am love.
I am peace.
Sit gently with your eyes closed,
And let the stillness and silence settle in.
Let the healing and the wholeness permeate and ripple through you.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And ever so gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And release.
And let's seal this experience,
This healing,
This awakening of our wholeness,
This return to the memory of our wholeness by chanting Aum,
The hymn of the universe,
The universal vibration that heralds our oneness.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Aum.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can ever so gently open your eyes,
Rest your hands on your heart,
And feel free to give your heart a loving massage,
And feel the transformation.
Feel the energetic expansion and the healing that will flow through you throughout the day.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
