Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Remember comfort is queen.
So let's gently feather our nest and get as comfortable as possible.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Allow your neck to get a little softer.
And together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And let's gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And allow your eyelids to gently float closed.
And gently release it.
And now just,
Ever so gently,
Witness your breath as it moves in and as it moves back out.
Just float with it and watch it.
Watch it as it moves into you through your nose,
Goes down your throat,
Down your chest,
Down into your belly.
And then just witness it as it moves back up and back out.
This is where you get to ask yourself,
Am I breathing in the universe or is the universe breathing me?
And it's a little bit of both.
And continue to watch as you merge with the cosmic flow.
We've all had dreams.
Maybe they were dreams that formed when you were a little kid.
Maybe dreams of your adolescent years or your teens.
Dreams as you got your first job.
Dreams as you fell in love for the first time.
Dreams when you visited a special place.
At some point in your life,
Some dark cloud from the outside descended upon one of those dreams and started to suppress it.
And in response,
You began to dim your light.
Maybe it was conscious,
Maybe it was unconscious,
And no one's to blame.
We've all done it with big and little experiences as we flow through life.
But this was an important one where you opted to play small from that moment forward,
To defer your dream or squelch it altogether.
But that dream,
Although dormant,
Has been resting inside of you all these years.
And you have the ability,
The power right now to awaken it,
To dial up your dimmer,
To turn on the light,
To raise your vibration,
To step into your power and to own your impact.
Just watch your breath.
Watch the universe move into you and watch you flow it right back out.
You are indeed the universe.
You are this human expression of some divine magnificence.
And since you were created by this magnificent universe,
You have a responsibility to step up,
To stop dimming your light,
To finally give yourself permission to soar,
To thrive,
To expand,
To flow,
And to express your truth.
That power rests inside your heart.
Rest your fingers on it right now.
It's your passion point,
Your inner fire,
Waiting to be released,
Waiting to be re-invited back into your life.
The time for playing small is over,
The time for allowing your light to dim is over,
Right here,
Right now.
Let's breathe in this sacred,
Precious,
Present moment.
And gently let it go.
And continue to breathe and with each breath,
As you feel that breath enter your heart,
Feel the light turning from a tiny ember to a stronger light,
To a bigger light.
With each breath,
Feel it expand.
Feel your inner flame begin to roar.
Breathing slowly at first,
With each breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel your expansion merge with the cosmic flow,
Taking what's inside of you,
Combining it with the divine universe to manifest your best version.
Breathe,
Feel your heart expand,
And let the universe work its magic.
And now let's take it deeper.
We'll use the mantra,
Om Jyoti Ritam.
Om Jyoti Ritam.
Om is the universal vibration,
Jyoti is light,
And Ritam is the rhythm of the universe.
And as you repeat this mantra silently,
Together with me,
Your light will expand.
The divine cosmic flame will surge into you,
Merge with your light,
And dial up your brightest expression.
As you repeat the mantra,
It may get louder or fainter,
Faster or slower.
It may even become jumbled or distorted.
However it changes.
And as you repeat,
Om Jyoti Ritam.
And when you notice you've drifted away to thoughts or sounds or physical sensations,
That's okay.
Ever so gently,
Drift back to the mantra.
Remember to keep drifting,
Gently drifting.
Om Jyoti Ritam.
Watch the time,
And when you hear my voice,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.

And let the stillness and silence settle in.
And now take a deep breath in,
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time,

Slow,

And gently release it.
And now let's seal this meditation.
Let's seal your ability to turn your light up so bright that it merges with the cosmic flow.
Let's chant Om to celebrate the fact that we will not dim our light ever again.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Om.
And when it feels comfortable,
You can slowly open your eyes.
The concept of dimming your light is a faint memory.
From this moment forward,
Let your voice be heard.
Let your true expression shine forth.
As you move throughout the day,
As you move throughout your world,
When you notice you've begun to play small or hide yourself or dim your light,
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Silently whisper to yourself,
Om Jyoti Ritam.
And remember what this moment felt like,
And step into your power.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
