I usually listen to you in the morning but you showed up this evening which I don’t meditate much at night. This was perfect. My heart is filled with peace, and love. I was in the now, the quiet and stillness with my breath was so beautiful and content. There was no urgency to be anywhere just here…. I love that I can just be… thankful for every moment I’m blessed with. To appreciate even the smallest of things that bring me so much joy. I’m thankful for the timing of your meditations and how they fill me with happiness. I’m free. 🙏🏻💕

I enjoyed this very much - thank you. BTW I follow you on TT, I’m a fellow photographer too, so I love the overlap we share. Meditation (and my photography) has been my happy place for many years now, it has been life changing for me. I do at least an hour everyday and I always look forward to it. You have a very lovely relaxed style and I feel as though I know you (I don’t of course). What a wonderful experience ♥️♥️♥️!! What came up for me was how I feel that I must “do everything” myself. I realize this comes from a sense of control, and having things done my way. My belief is that we teach other how to treat us. This also applies energetically too. I know that sometimes I put the energy out that my way is best, and I don’t allow people in my life to “be” themselves and have ways in doing things. So as a result I’ve burdened myself with the “need” to do everything. This meditation is a wonderful recognition, and wonderful reminder for me to be aware of my tendencies. This in turn with release the pressure I put on myself. ✨✨✨
