Good morning,

Beautiful human.

My name's Darius,

And this is a prayer I call the Artist's Prayer.

I use this prayer probably three to five times every day.

It's short,

But incredibly powerful.

Let's start by taking a nice deep breath in,

And letting go of the past night.

Letting go of any stagnant energy that you no longer need,

And continuing to take deep intentional breaths,

Imagining new,

Fresh,

Creative energy coming into your system,

Allowing your body to be still and soft,

Your mind's thinking about many things.

That's okay.

Sometimes what creative minds do,

We're just going to allow.

And with your permission now,

I'd like to share the Artist's Prayer.

Dear God,

Please use me as a vessel for your divine expression.

Use me as an instrument of your love.

Give me the strength to go into the depths of my heart and find my truth,

And the courage to speak my truth in my own authentic voice.

Whatever happens from there,

I let go and let God.

In this last minute of our meditation,

I'd like to invite you to tap into your intention for the day.

How do you want to feel today?

It could be simple.

It could be a single word.

Love,

Joy,

Ease,

Focus.

Dear Artist,

What is your intention for this day ahead?

Thank you for meditating with me.

It is an honor to be here with you in these first few minutes of your day.

My name's Darius,

And I will see you next time.

This is one of my favorites! I use this prayer when I'm feeling anxious about an event or I'm afraid that I won't have the right words or when I just need the comfort and Trust in God. I thought I had already written a review for this, maybe this is a newly uploaded version.
