Reclaim Your Power
"The future is in my hands. My destiny is up to me." In this guided meditation, we explore whether there are places or people you are outsourcing your power to and how you can reclaim your power. Regardless of what is happening in the world, you have the most potential to impact your future. Optional journaling prompt: Take a moment to reflect on whether there are places or people you are outsourcing your power to. Maybe that's what you want and maybe there's a different way forward. PS: I know some people struggle with the word "God". I use it in this meditation to signify our connection to source, light, and love. It can mean whatever it means to you, but if hearing it right now is a trigger, you may want to come back to this one.
