In this guided meditation and visualization, we practice calling in and connecting with Future You.

This is about opening your channels to be an energetic match for Future You to find you here and now.

We don't chase, we attract.

Good morning and welcome to The Artist's Morning.

My name's Darius and I am so very excited that you and I get this time together.

Let's begin our practice.

If your eyes are open,

I'd like to invite you to gently close them now as we begin to go inwards together.

And let's take a moment just to feel what it's like within our inner world in this moment.

Whatever's there,

We're just going to let it be there and if it's available to you,

Let's start to take longer,

Deeper breaths.

Breathing in and holding just for a moment at the top and a nice cleansing exhale,

Letting it all go.

Wherever you've been,

You are here now.

Wherever you might go,

You are here now.

One more deep breath here together,

Breathing in and letting it all go.

Today's practice will be an opportunity to call in the energy of future you,

A version of yourself from the future that has amplified your confidence,

That is continuing to bring your dreams to life,

That has love,

Respect,

Joy,

And abundance all over your life.

And maybe you can clearly see and feel future you and maybe it's so far in the distance you can barely perceive future you.

For now,

Let's stay with yourself right here,

Right here.

I'd like to invite you to place one hand on your heart and just gently push into your heart a light but firm pressure,

A reminder that you are here now.

You are here now and I'd like to invite you to repeat that affirmation.

I am here now and breathe into your heart space.

I am here now.

I am here now and placing your hands back down on your lap and today's guided visualization where we connect with the energy of future you.

It doesn't need to look like anything.

It doesn't need to feel like anything.

Your mind will probably try to convince you that you're doing it wrong.

Well,

Dear artist,

I'm here to affirm to you that you cannot do this wrong.

Maybe you'll see a flash of future you.

Maybe you'll feel a breeze of future you.

Maybe it's colors,

Maybe it's words,

Maybe it's an entire film.

There's no way to connect.

Just know that energy is here and if you are open to it,

Future you's energy can positively impact your life right now.

You see,

We do not chase,

What we are seeking has already found us.

Our task becomes opening our channels and being an energetic match for future us to find us here and how we will do that today is by attuning our frequency.

You see,

There is a gong,

There is a percussion instrument inside your heart,

Sort of like a drum that you can boom,

Beat and when you hit this gong,

This beautiful sound,

This frequency,

It echoes from your heart out into the world and in the distance future you's ears perk up,

In the distance abundance and opportunity and health and wealth perk up and step closer to you here and now.

Would you like to hit this gong inside your heart?

It's really simple.

Take our right hand and gently boom,

Tap your heart.

Take your left hand and gently boom,

Right hand boom,

Left hand boom and just begin to feel the energetic frequency echoing into the universe,

Boom,

Boom,

Boom,

Boom.

The abundance you seek is within you now.

The health and vitality you seek is within you now.

The relationships and love you seek are within you now.

As we hit this gong,

As we hit this drum inside your heart and you choose if you want to hit it gently,

If you want to hit it more firmly,

Just imagine future you in the distance hearing this sound and stepping closer and closer and closer.

There's nothing you need to chase.

All of it lives inside you already and in this place perhaps you can start to see flashes of future you.

What does future you look like?

How do they dress?

Where does future you live?

Can you see a smile on future you's face and future you's heart?

What does future you's bank account look like?

Can you feel this energy of this creative channel within future you?

It's just blasted open.

Future you is expressed.

Future you accesses confidence at a level that is extraordinary and if you're open to it,

Let's place one or two hands on our hearts,

On this magical gong,

Just take a moment to feel its power.

All that we are seeking has already found us.

The abundance,

The love,

The health,

The laughter,

The self-expression,

The key to it sits literally right under our noses.

Thank you for always being here with me.

Thank you for being the key to every evolution in my spiritual journey.

Thank you for being the guide to helping me tap into the energy of future you and calling future me here,
