Hello,

Sweet beings,

And welcome to this space together.

I want you to,

Or I invite you to settle in to a place that feels comfortable,

To a place that asks you to relax your body against the floor or a wall or a bed or a chair.

We're just going to take a little time here smiling together.

So let your body come into the most comfortable position available.

Make sure that your attention doesn't need to be elsewhere.

And then join me as we take a big breath all the way in and out.

So this break together is a break to encourage smiling.

And when we smile there's many different things that start to happen in the body.

We are changed biochemically in the body when we smile,

When the corners of our mouth turn up.

And so whether it's the beginning of your day or the middle of your day,

Maybe it's just before you go to bed.

I invite you to close your eyes or soften your gaze.

And as you notice your breath moving in and out of the body,

I want you to try and curl up the corners of your mouth just slightly.

We can keep the lips together and just,

Just let the edges lift.

And with that small smile you might already begin to feel different sensations in your heart or in your mind.

And then let's see if that smile can stretch a little bit wider,

A little bit higher.

Or you might feel just,

Just the edges of the lips start to peel apart.

And then let it become a much bigger smile,

Maybe as big as you can.

The bottom teeth and the top teeth might show as you draw lips apart and as you draw those corner edges of your mouth upward,

Upright.

Let your soul glow here,

Let the heart open.

Let yourself feel full in these few moments together.

Even if it feels like the world is crashing down,

Even if you yourself feel full of chaos and complicated emotions,

Just taking this moment,

Just this moment to smile big.

It may,

It may just change everything.

And then allowing the mouth to resume its natural position.

Let's take a great big breath in together again.

So big inhale and full exhale.

And sometimes it's just so beautiful to linger in this space.

And if you need to,

You absolutely can.

If you need to play this recording over and over again,

To have a few more moments of smiling,

Do that.

But if you're ready to head back into your day or into your evening or into your morning,

I am sending so,

So,

So much love and hoping you many more smiles to come from my heart directly to yours.

Namaste.
