The freedom meditation is most potent when you notice that you're feeling disconnected or indifferent.
Energetically,
Inviting air energy back into your practice will help you feel lighthearted and uplifted once again.
Let's begin.
Sitting comfortably with your spine upright,
As you begin to settle,
I invite you to close down your eyes and gently shift around until you feel supported,
Eventually finding stillness.
Begin by turning your attention to your breath.
At first,
Simply noticing the sound,
The temperature,
The rhythm.
Connecting to the purity of the air as it enters your body and exits your body.
ATHER Next,
Drawing your attention to the dynamic process of the breath.
As you inhale,
Fill your lungs,
Expand.
Then release your breath as you empty your lungs and let go.
Again,
Breathe in,
Fill up.
Taking one last sip of air,
Exhale,
Empty and release fully.
Continuing to mindfully challenge your full breathing capacity with each subsequent cycle of breath.
As you inhale,
Pauling mic insert and let go.
