I'm Danielle Streit.
This meditation has been lovingly created to support you on your own transformational journey to let go of anxiety and stress as you move towards offering yourself self-love and kindness.
Please do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating machinery.
Let's begin.
I invite you to get comfortable,
Seated or lying down and to gently close your eyes or leave them open if you prefer and hands facing up open to receive.
Begin to breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You might like to use your voice on the exhale breath to help clear and open your throat chakra.
Breathe in and out.
Let go of everything to become present in this moment.
Continue to breathe.
Breathe in for three,
Hold for three,
Out for three.
Continue to breathe in and out.
When you connect to your breath,
You become centered and grounded.
Nowhere to go,
Nowhere to be,
Just present in this moment.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to go a little deeper each time.
You are doing well.
Find your own natural rhythm of breathing.
Now in this relaxed state,
Ask yourself what has been going on for you?
Have you been feeling worried or overwhelmed?
Have you been feeling challenged in your life right now?
Be uncertain of your next steps.
Maybe you've been really hard on yourself.
Now in this moment,
This is the time to stop.
You are not your thoughts.
Observe all these thoughts without judgment.
Let go of all these worrying thoughts that might be causing you anxiety or stress.
Whatever has happened in your life,
It's time to let go now.
It's time to be present and to be kind to yourself.
With each breath,
Go a little deeper.
Let go,
Relax,
And feel your heart rate slow.
Be compassionate to yourself as you would a friend.
Forgive yourself and most importantly,
Love yourself.
There is nowhere to go,
Nowhere to be.
Everything is going to be okay in this moment.
You are okay.
Everything is working out for you.
Now see or feel yourself as the amazing person that you already are.
I invite you to place your hands on your heart.
Connect with your heart,
Your intuition,
And your soul.
You are not your thoughts.
You are a beautiful child of the universe and you are very loved.
Really feel into this energy of your magnificent self.
There is no one like you.
Allow the breath to bring you comfort as you come home to yourself.
The more you connect to your breath,
The more you become present in the here and now.
The more relaxed you are and in a state of peace and calm,
The more open you become to new possibilities.
Right now,
Feel yourself permission to start again,
To choose another thought,
And remember that every moment and every new day is an opportunity to start over with each breath.
And remember to show yourself compassion and love.
All it takes is a moment to get present and to keep moving forward one step at a time.
In this moment,
Trust in yourself.
Believe in something bigger than yourself within yourself.
Know that within you,
There is a place of self-love.
Knowing it's okay to take time to look after yourself,
To stop and to practice self-care.
Within you,
There is a place of confidence,
Of clarity,
Of courage,
A place of peace and calm,
And most importantly,
Love.
Allow this feeling to wash over you.
Really feel it.
As you continue to go deeper and let go of all the things that no longer serve you,
Step into this new loving energy of who you really are.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are home.
Now ask yourself,
What is it that you need in your life right now?
What is it that you desire in your life right now?
And when you connect into that sacred part of yourself,
Ask yourself,
What is it that your sacred soul wants you to hear right now in this moment?
Just allow a feeling or a thought or an image to come up.
Don't judge it.
I'll give you a moment to feel into this space.
Now breathe life into the sacred gift you have received.
Magnify this beautiful feeling,
Thought or image and fill your heart with joy.
And really connect into that beautiful feeling of your sacred soul message and trust.
Remember,
You are worthy and you're worthy of receiving all the things that you desire in your life.
You are worthy of love.
You're trusting because you trust your intuition and yourself.
You love yourself because you're lovable and you are loved because you are a blessing in this world.
Connect into this beautiful feeling of self-love,
Peace,
Calm and offer yourself loving kindness in this moment.
Now,
When you are ready,
Taking another breath in and out.
Start to feel your feet on the ground.
Slowly start to open your eyes and bring your attention back to the room.
Take one more breath in and out to ground yourself.
