Settle down,
And snuggle down,
Into your beautiful soft bed.
Allow yourself to get comfortable,
Find your favorite position to rest in.
Start to feel yourself,
Dropping into a deeply relaxed state.

This is a beautiful transmission for you,
To heal you while you sleep,
Or rest,
And renewal,
And to restore your energy,
After you wake.
Now that you're comfortable,
Allow your body to relax,
And sink further into your bed.
Start to let go,
Of the thoughts of the day.
There's nowhere to go,
And nowhere to be.
Take a deep,
Soothing breath in,
And hold.
And now release that breath out,
With a sigh.
Take another deep,
Nurturing breath in,
And allow your body to fill with oxygen,
Preparing you for cell renewal.
Let it all go,
And nowhere to be.
Feel your body,
Becoming more,
And more,
Relaxed.
In this beautiful,
Relaxed state,
You might like to imagine,
A golden light,
Surrounding you,
Supporting you.
You are in a cocoon of love,
And very,
Very safe.
And this is the energy of Reiki,
Flowing to you,
And through you.
All you need to do,
Is say yes,
In your mind,
To accept this very powerful healing.
Feel this beautiful,
Golden energy,
In this cocoon of light,
Protecting you,
Nurturing you,
As you keep dropping down.
And drifting off,
Closer,
To the deep,
Sleep you desire.
And if you can't quite sleep,
And you've woken up,
And trying to get back to sleep,
Just allow your body to rest.
Continue to feel the beautiful,
Powerful,
Healing Reiki,
Moving through your body,
Releasing any tension.
As your muscles relax,
Your body continues to soften,
Until,
All you feel,
Is at peace.
With every gentle breath,
Allow your muscles to melt into the bed,
Each time your body relaxing further.
Let any thoughts,

Overwhelm or stress,
Continue to melt away.
Just be present in this moment,

That is holding you,
