Life can get busy and bring up feelings of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety before you even start your day. I know, I have been there. In this meditation, breathe and let the words wash over you. Let the breath hold you, and trust the breath to heal you. Make some time for you to allow these inspirational words to carry you on a journey to let go, return to peace and love, and give yourself permission to be a leader in your life and make a loving imprint on the world around you. In this guided meditation,

I invite you to listen and to feel into these words as I honour you exactly as you are right in this moment.

Life is a journey,

Trust,

Let it unfold,

Allow the breath to carry you on a journey to something bigger and better,

Allow the breath to hold you,

Allow and trust the breath to heal you,

You are safe,

Allow yourself to open just that little more to love,

To open to worthiness,

To give yourself permission to give and receive love.

I invite you to get comfortable whether sitting or lying down,

If you feel comfortable close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Release out through your mouth,

Take another deep breath in and release through your mouth,

Allowing any sound to flow as you let go,

Breathing in,

Letting go with a sigh,

Relaxing your shoulders at the same time,

One more time,

Breathing in,

Releasing all that no longer serves you in this moment.

Ahhhh.

I now invite you to return to your regular rhythm of breathing,

Connecting into your heartbeat,

As you breathe allow space to be present as you relax,

I honour you,

Breathing that in,

You who gets up every day even after you haven't slept well and your 3am overthinking has kept you awake at night and maybe you feel overwhelmed thinking of the day ahead,

I honour you,

Taking a breath to breathe it in,

You may be working,

Running a business,

Going to meetings,

Connecting with colleagues,

Managers and staff,

Juggling partners,

Lovers,

Family and friends,

Children and pets or managing the role of a carer looking after a friend or loved one,

I honour you,

Just breathe that in,

You bring your best self no matter what the challenge,

Consciously you keep going,

Desiring a more meaningful life and I honour you,

Let's breathe that in together,

Each day you let go a little more of worry,

Anxiety,

Not feeling good enough,

Perfectionism,

Comparison and fear,

I honour you,

Breathing that in,

You desire a life of more meaning,

Laughter and joy,

You experience life in all its colour,

You feel it with all your senses,

I honour you,

Really breathe that in,

You are the brave warrior who shows up and steps up as a leader in your own life,

So you can inspire others to do the same,

I honour you,

You shine your light from within,

Even if you don't recognize it in yourself,

But others do,

The changes you make pave the way to empower others,

I honour you,

Let's breathe that in together,

You feel hopeful,

Inspired,

Grateful,

You are brave,

Integral,

Dedicated,

Creative,

Kind,

Compassionate,

Empathetic,

Passionate,

Resilient and generous,

Breathing that in,

You speak with courage and wisdom and say no with dignity and grace,

You own your power,

A wild free spirit,

You are sovereign and I honour you,

Let's breathe that in together,

You are full of hope as to what the future brings,

Freedom unfolding and how you can make a loving imprint and those around you,

So today I honour you,

Take a moment to breathe that in,

I see you,

I accept you,
