And if you've woken up and are trying to go back to sleep,

Just allow yourself to drift off.

Let's breathe in together,

Breathing in,

Breathing out and letting go of all of your worries and thoughts.

As you get ready to drift off into a deep,

Profound and relaxing sleep so that you can feel refreshed and invigorated when you wake.

Breathing that in and release,

Relaxing further,

Allowing all the muscles in your body to soften,

Create space for you to drift off into the land of sleep.

Feel your body melting into your mattress or wherever you're sleeping now.

Feel the comfort of soft sheets,

Maybe a blanket,

A soft and cloud-like fluffy pillow and continue to drop further into sleep.

Don't overthink,

Allow your thoughts to drift off like soft clouds across the sky and immerse yourself as you drift off into sleep.

This is your time to let go,
