So,
Before we really get started with all of this,
There's something I want you to hear really clearly.
There is nothing,
And I mean nothing,
Wrong with you.
Not even a little bit.
We live in a world where social media,
Friends,
Colleagues,
Society in general,
Are constantly telling us who we need to be.
What a woman should be.
What a man should be.
How successful,
Calm,
Confident,
Healed,
Productive we should look.
And honestly,
Who decided all of that anyway?
At some point,
Someone made those rules.
And then we all just kind of agreed to compare ourselves to them.
But every single soul on this planet came here with their own blueprint.
Your own strength.
Your own weaknesses.
Your own rhythm.
Your own light.
And only you know how that light is meant to shine.
No one else can define that for you.
The only way your light actually comes through is when you stay true to yourself.
And when I say that,
I don't mean you need to define yourself or put yourself into some new box.
You don't have to decide who you are once and for all.
Maybe today you're one version of you,
And tomorrow you're different.
And next year you've changed completely.
That's not a problem.
That's life.
And it's beautiful.
And I really want you to know this too.
There's nothing wrong with you on the days you feel sick or tired or emotional.
Nothing wrong with you when you disappoint someone,
When you make a mistake,
When you don't reach a goal,
When you're not where you thought you'd be by now.
That doesn't mean you failed.
It doesn't mean you're behind.
Maybe it just means that wasn't your path.
And the moment you start letting go of all expectations,
Of all the definitions of who you should be,
And you allow yourself to simply be who you truly are,
That's when life starts to feel lighter.
That's when things begin to align.
That's when your life starts to shine in a way that actually feels like you.
Nothing is wrong with you.
You don't need fixing.
You just need permission to be yourself.
