Hello beautiful soul,

Take a moment to settle in.

This time is for you to feel heard,

Seen and deeply understood.

Let's begin with a deep breath together.

Breathe in through your nose,

Feel the air filling your chest and expanding your heart.

Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth.

With each breath allow yourself to soften into this space.

Bring your attention to your heart,

Place a hand gently on your chest if it feels comforting.

Feel the steady rhythm of your heartbeat,

Constant,

Reliable,

Always there for you.

You've been carrying so much,

Haven't you?

All the responsibilities,

Emotions,

Thoughts,

It's a lot.

But right here,

Right now,

You don't need to carry it alone.

Imagine a warm,

Gentle light surrounding you.

This light holds no judgement,

No expectations.

It's simply here to support you,

To let you know you are seen.

As you breathe,

Silently repeat these words to yourself.

I am understood.

I am seen.

I am loved,

Just as I am.

Feel those words sinking in,

Wrapping around you like a soft,

Comfortable blanket.

There's nothing you need to do,

Nothing you need to change.

You are enough,

Just as you are in this very moment.

Now imagine someone or something,

A loved one,

A higher power or even your own inner wisdom looking at you with pure compassion.

They see everything that you've been through,

Every triumph and every struggle and they want you to know you are doing so well.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Let yourself rest in this feeling of being fully understood and unconditionally supported.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when it feels right,

Gently open your eyes.
