Hello beautiful soul,

Take just two minutes to reset your energy and find your balance.

This is your moment to pause,

To breathe and to return to your day with clarity and focus.

Let's begin with a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it gently and exhale fully through your mouth.

Feel the tension leaving your body as you exhale.

Now bring your attention to your feet,

Feel them grounded,

Steady and supported by the earth beneath you.

With your next inhale imagine drawing in strength and stability from the ground and as you exhale let go of any stress or heaviness.

Bring your awareness to your heart,

Visualize a soft golden light glowing there,

A light of calm and energy.

With every breath in feel this light growing brighter,

With every breath out let it expand filling your chest,

Your arms and your entire body.

Feel this light in your whole body and silently repeat these affirmations I am calm,

I am focused,

I am ready.

Take one final deep breath in and as you exhale feel a wave of clarity and energy washing over you.

You are centered,

You are refreshed,

You are ready to go.

When you're ready open your eyes and step back into your day with confidence.
