My name is Dana Mitchell and I would love for you to find a quiet place to sit down or lie down and get comfortable.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and begin to feel your body relax,

Letting go of all and any tension.

Imagine yourself in a beautiful meadow.

As you take a deep breath in,

You smell the deep,

Fresh,

Bright aroma of the beautiful green grass.

You feel the soft and springy earth under your feet.

You look around and you see deer grazing out in the distance and a butterfly flutters by landing on a bright patch of flowers growing near your feet.

As you look up,

You watch as clouds drift above your head,

Slowly across the sky,

Slowly transforming into shapes that you don't yet recognize.

But you find that this does comfort you.

You're reminded to slow down and enjoy all the beauty around you.

The sun is shining and you feel its warmth on your skin.

You feel the wind rustle and you hear the leaves blowing in the wind.

Is that the sound of birds somewhere singing in the distance?

The melody comforts you as you listen.

For some reason you don't understand,

The birds remind you that you are safe and protected and not alone.

As you walk through the meadow,

You come to a clearing.

And in the middle of the clearing,

You see this riot of flowers,

A rainbow of colors,

All your favorite flowers showing in vivid color.

You feel safe and peaceful in this place.

You notice one flower,

The flower that represents your self-confidence and your self-love.

Take some time to admire this unique and special flower.

Notice its beauty,

Its strength,

And its resilience.

And you know that you have these same qualities within you.

Now reach out and touch the flower.

And as you do,

Feel the energy of the flower flowing into you.

The energy is filling you up with self-confidence and self-love.

Stay with the flower for a few more moments,

Basking in its energy.

Affirm to yourself,

I am confident and I love myself.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of respect.

I am beautiful,

Intelligent,

And capable.

I am unique and beautiful inside and out.

When you're ready,

Return to your walk through the meadow.

As you walk,

Continue to feel the energy of self-confidence and self-love flowing through you.

Know that you are worthy of love and respect.

You are beautiful,

Intelligent,

And capable.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and return to the present moment.

Take a few deep breaths in and out as you ground yourself into the moment.

As you open your eyes,

Bring with you the feeling of self-worth.

You are worthy of love,

Happiness,

And success.

You are a beautiful and unique individual,

And you have something special to offer the world that is uniquely you.

Repeat this meditation as often as you like to get a quick boost of self-worth and self-confidence and self-love.
