I ask for you to close your eyes and breathe naturally,
Taking a deep breath in and letting it out at your own pace.
Imagine holding a clear glass of water,
But it's been shaken,
Stirred,
And it seems unsettled.
Right now,
The water doesn't need fixing.
It simply needs stillness.
Now,
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine setting down the glass.
You don't stir it.
You don't analyze it.
You allow it.
You allow it to settle.
As time passes,
The particles begin to drift downward.
The water clears without effort.
Not because you made it clear,
Not because you stopped interfering.
You don't need to think harder.
You need to use less interference.
When your nervous system settles,
Your intuition becomes easier to hear.
Imagine one decision that's been looping.
Now,
You're not solving it.
Just hold it gently.
As the water clears,
Notice what remains.
Not the loudest thought,
But the quiet one that feels more steady.
