Daniel Frederiksen

Dan completed his MBSR teacher training through the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia in 2019. He has had daily meditation practice for over seven years and has completed several long term silent meditation retreats in Austraila and the USA. Some of his teachers include Jack Kornfield, Dave Smith and Patrick Kearny.

Gentle poses but also engaging. Brings awareness to muscle engagement in each posture. A good wind down from tensing, to release and then relaxing.
