I’ve lived a lifetime exploring the body I inhabit. Grateful for every opportunities it’s given me from competing at the Olympics, to dancing on stage with Madonna, to healing through my vessel, and gathering the wisdom to share with others as a somatic healer and emotional well-being coach. This body is a gift. Our home on earth. My work respects the home and unconditionally learns from its great wisdom. Through the body we can experience that which is beyond; formless to form, form to to formless, and the kaleidoscope of emotional colors that swirl within us. All of which is here to serve our earthly experience when we learn to become body fluent. Honored to be of service.
