As I observe the world around me, I'm struck by how rarely people give themselves time to simply be, without distraction or agenda. We fill every moment with activity, noise, or mental chatter, afraid to confront the emptiness that lies beneath. But what happens when we allow ourselves to inhabit the empty spaces with intention? What unfolds when we learn to stay with the open void of no-thing-ness, without reaching for our phones or our thoughts? This lesson embraces cultivating spaciousness and inviting oneself to stay in it peacefully.
