I invite you to take in a deep,

Slow breath.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises that may arise to help you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

We're simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

Allow the sound of my voice and any noises to help you sink deeper and deeper.

And as you breathe in deeply and exhale,

Your muscles become loose,

Limber,

And relaxed,

And your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Allow the sound of my voice and all of these noises to help you let go of stress and tension and help you sink deeper and deeper.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

We're simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

I invite you now to place a hand at the top of your head on the crown and one on the bottom of your belly.

Take in a deep,

Slow breath and feel how you can move energy upwards in your body.

Hold briefly,

Exhale slowly.

And notice how this simple breath helps you sink deeper and deeper.

And your muscles become loose,

Limber,

And relaxed as you let go of stress and tension from your body.

I invite you now to imagine that you are outside in a beautiful garden surrounded by green flowers and trees.

There are flowers all around you in whatever color arises for you.

Allow your intuition to guide you.

Whatever color arises is perfect.

These are the colors that you need to infuse into your body today to release your stress or tension.

Take in another deep,

Slow breath and notice how your body is sinking deeper and deeper.

And your muscles are becoming loose,

Limber,

And relaxed.

I invite you to notice that the sun is being in the sky.

You feel a warmth all over your body,

Feeling completely cool,

Calm,

And collected in this safe space.

Take in a deep,

Slow breath and notice how easily your body relaxes,

Sinking deeper and deeper.

And your muscles are loose,

Limber,

And relaxed.

I invite you to imagine that the sunlight,

This crystalline light at the crown of your head,

Is beginning to travel down throughout your body,

Clearing out any stress,

Any tension,

Any self-limbing beliefs,

Any negative emotions,

Any negative thoughts from your body,

And helping you sink deeper and deeper.

And the deeper you sink,

The easier it is for your body to settle into deep relaxation as your muscles become loose,

Limber,

And relaxed.

The light is slowly traveling down your body,

Clearing out any symptoms of stress or tension,

Releasing any symptoms of dizziness,

Vertigo,

Or headache,

Or any other pain you may be feeling.

As your body sinks deeper and deeper,

The light continues to travel down your body,

This crystalline light,

Helping your muscles become loose,

Limp,

And limber.

You're doing an amazing job.

Imagine that light is traveling down your scalp,

Releasing and relaxing the muscles at the crown of your head,

The muscles around your eyes.

And you're sinking deeper and deeper.

And the muscles around your jaw are relaxing and letting go.

The muscles in the back of your head and your neck are relaxing and letting go.

As this light continues to travel down your body,

Traveling down your neck,

Helping you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.

Just visualize,

Sense,

Or imagine this warmth continuing to travel down your body.

And as the crystalline light travels down,

Your muscles sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And everything becomes loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

The light continues to travel down your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Down your back.

And your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation as your muscles become more loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

The light is traveling down your hips,

Down your legs,

Down your feet.

Your entire body feels loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

This crystalline light is soothing and supporting you,

Helping you let go of any stress or tension.

Helping you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

I invite you now to imagine another crystalline light traveling upwards now through your body,

More rapidly clearing out any tension or stress that may have been held in your body.

And as it travels upwards,

You sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And your muscles become loose,

Limp,

And limber.

And I invite you now to focus on your breathing as we count down from 11 to 1.

This light will continue to travel upwards to the crown of your head.

And as it clears the crown of your head,

You notice your body will sink deeper into relaxation,

Feeling like you let go of anything that can disturb you.

11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 The light has traveled through the crown of your head.

Your body is completely relaxed.

You have sunk deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And your muscles are loose,

Limp,

And limber.

Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you is easy for you.

All you need to do is focus on your breathing,

And the stress seems to melt away.

I invite you to imagine now that there's a little cloud right above you.

This is a cleansing cloud.

This is the cloud that's going to help you change your perspective and see the beauty amidst the chaos or stress.

I invite you to notice that it gently begins to rain upon you.

And this rain is helping relieve your body of any remaining stress or tension,

Washing away anything that doesn't serve you,

And helping you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

It is cleansing away stress from every part of your body,

From your head to your toes.

And your body is sinking deeper and deeper.

And your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

Maybe you feel a little tingling sensation throughout your body as your body cleanses from stress,

As this water and these raindrops flow and caress your skin.

And you sink deeper and deeper.

Feeling completely relaxed and peaceful now.

Feeling calm and peaceful.

I invite you now to imagine or sense the rain has stopped.

The sun is beaming upon your body.

The moisture is evaporating from your skin.

And you feel a little tingling sensation as your body begins to access a state of mind over matter.

And as I recite this affirmation,

Imagine that the wind is gently massaging your skin all over,

Reminding you how safe and supported you are,

From your toes to the crown of your head.

I am open,

I am receptive,

And I trust.

I am open,

I am receptive,

And I trust.

I am open,

I am receptive,

And I trust.

I am open,

I am receptive,

And I trust.

I am open,

I am receptive,

And I trust.

It is so soothing and relaxing to feel the water evaporating from your skin.

Your body has sunk into deep relaxation.

Your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

All of these simple practices have helped calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system,

And slow down the stress response.

Helping your body and mind access the state of mind over matter as you let go of everything that doesn't serve you.

You're doing an amazing job.

I invite you now to imagine the wind is a little stronger now all around you.

Maybe you feel like a little tornado of whatever color arises is cleansing around you,

Creating a circle or vortex that is traveling from the crown of your head down to your feet.

Clearing away anything that doesn't serve you and filling you up with crystalline light even deeper into your core,

Into all your chakras,

Helping you let go of anything that may be remaining.

Any resistance,

Any self-sabotage in behaviors are clearing away as this funnel or vortex travels all around you,

Making you feel safe and supported in the state of peace,

Calm,

And tranquility.

And your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

I invite you to imagine,

Sense,

Or visualize this tornado continuing to soothe and comfort you like a little cuddling hug all around your body from your head to your toes as I recite these simple words.

Any tension or stress you may be holding throughout your body is melting away.

As you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Now I invite you to imagine or sense that there's a fire that has appeared before you.

And imagine that there is a piece of paper and a pen in your hand.

And I invite you to allow your mind to guide you into something that you need to let go today.

Whatever arises is perfect.

Imagine that you are writing it down on that piece of paper.

And as you write it down,

Your body is sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And your muscles are becoming loose,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And you're feeling safe and supported here in this beautiful space.

Enjoying that fire beaming in front of you.

Feeling the warmth and soothing comfort of the fire.

Now I invite you to imagine that you crumble up that piece of paper.

Whatever it is you're letting go is perfect for you.

And it is going to serve you today in this release.

I invite you to imagine that with all your strength,

All your inner power,

You are flinging or throwing that garbage piece of paper,

Whatever it is that didn't serve you,

Into the fire.

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

And as I count down to 11 now,

You're going to visualize or imagine or sense or see yourself evolving and changing as this piece of paper slowly burns.

You are doing an amazing job.

This simple practice has helped calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system,

And slow down your stress response.

All of these visualizations have served you to release anything that didn't serve you today.

Anything that was creating your symptoms or stress has melted away.

I invite you to notice your body now.

Feel,

Or experience your current state.

And notice how different it feels from when you began this meditation.

I invite you now to imagine,

Notice,

Or sense the fire is gone,

The clouds are gone.

It's a beautiful,

Bright,

Sunny day.

There are flowers emerging all around you,

Blossoming and blooming.

Whatever colors arise are perfect for you.

These are the colors that you need to infuse inside your body today.

And as I guide you into this last phase of this meditation,

We're going to infuse all the colors in your body throughout your chakras.

So I invite you to notice,

Or sense,

Or imagine the rainbow in front of you.

Imagine or sense little tingles in your tips of your toes and your feet.

Feeling those tingling sensations helps you sense the shifts that are happening in your body right now as that rainbow infuses upwards through your body.

Clearing away anything that doesn't serve you.

Helping you sink deeper and deeper.

Your muscles are loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

And the rainbow is beginning to travel upwards through your body.

And as I count down from 11 to 1,

It will clear out the top of your head.

Helping you feel more balanced,

Safe and supported.

Helping you feel more serene,

Peaceful and calm to continue this state throughout your day.

Maybe you feel little gentle tingling sensations in the crown of your head as your body is completely relaxed now.

This entire meditation has helped you let go of stress and tension.

Helping you access a deep state of mind over matter.

Helping your body relax and settle.

It has calmed your nervous system,

Boosted your immune system,

And slowed down that stress response.

I invite you to imagine or sense now that rainbow is now at the top of your head.

And we are slowly going to tap your chakras or gently apply some pressure to help you feel that connection from the root to the crown of your head.

So I invite you now to place a hand at the bottom of your belly and your pelvis and one at the crown of your head.

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

And feel or sense or imagine that rainbow's light is clearing down your crown.

And you're sinking deeper into relaxation.

Now move that hand down to your forehead,

Applying gentle pressure.

Taking another deep,

Slow breath.

Feel how you can move energy and relax deeper.

The light continues to travel down to your throat.

I invite you to apply some gentle pressure.

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

Hold briefly.

Exhale slowly.

And feel how relaxed you feel right now.

I invite you to place one hand upon your heart.

And in this moment,

This moment of gratitude,

I invite you to imagine or visualize someone that you are grateful for.

Someone that brings you great joy and happiness.

Someone that brings a smile to your face.

Maybe a smile emerges right now.

Imagine the situation of the last conversation you had with this person.

And notice or sense how there is a green bubble expanding all around your heart.

And as we take in several deep,

Slow breaths here,

That bubble is continuing to evolve and grow all around you.

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

Feel that light expanding.

The rainbow is still traveling down your body,

But this green light is expanding all around you,

Creating a bubble of protection,

A bubble of gratitude.

Helping you see the beauty in all the situations in your life.

And helping you access this state of mind over matter even deeper.

You feel completely safe and supported here.

Completely relaxed.

This bubble is here to serve you all day.

I invite you to move your hand down towards your solar plexus.

And wanting your root.

Breathe in,

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

Feel how you can move the energy upwards to the crown of your head.

Creating this connection from head to toe.

Now lower your hand to your sacral chakra.

Again,

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

Feeling the energy flow out the crown of your head.

Feeling completely relaxed and peaceful.

This entire practice has served you.

You have sunk deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Your muscles have accessed a deep state of relaxation.

And your loose limbs limber and relax.

You have done an amazing job.

And this physical awareness is here to serve you.

And any time you need to tackle any stress that may arise or see the beauty in the moment.

I invite you to practice that simple countdown.

And it will continue to serve you today.

So as I count now up to five.

We will anchor in all of these feelings and these sensations in your body and your subconscious mind.

To remain in this state of mind over matter.

Helping you feel calm,

Peaceful,

And relaxed.

One,

You are feeling relaxed and peaceful.

This simple visualization has helped serve your body.

And your muscles will remain loose,

Limber,

And relaxed.

Two,

This simple breathing pattern,

This simple countdown will continue to serve you every time you use it.

Three,

These visualizations have served you greatly.

Any one of these visualizations you use today will help you relax.

You have the power of mind over matter.

Four,

We are almost back now.

All the colors that you saw today were perfect for you.

Anytime you may see these colors in nature or in your environment around you,

It will help you anchor in this state of mind over matter.

You can awaken now.

Taking all of these energies and sensations with you.

To live a more balanced and calm day.

I had a sudden vertigo attack come on & searched for a meditation to help me calm & relax. This meditation was the first to pop up & Iโ€™m so grateful it did. Your tone of voice was so soothing & comforting. I typically like a slower pace, but I found this quicker one was actually MORE beneficial because it helped me to stay present & not focus on the negative sensations in my body. I also really enjoyed the tones/chimes (?) not sure what they were specifically but the emphasis of using them around select repetitive words was very calming & relaxing. The visualization exercises were captivating & I felt the tension & pain release from my body. As someone who struggles to focus anyway & itโ€™s completely not existent when Iโ€™m pain, the fact this meditation kept me so engaged is incredible. This was truly a fantastic meditation & I will definitely bookmark it to use in the future. Thank you!
