Emotional Freedom Technique is a technique to calm the mind and body. It helps relieve stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions. The guided session uses positive affirmations to enhance your attitude, build resilience, and foster gratitude. The affirmations focus on becoming a Master of your Thoughts. A slow progression from the different tapping points helps release stress and tension as you build a positive attitude.

All right,

So we're getting ready for an EFT Tapping session EFT is emotional freedom technique and some of the strategies that we'll teach you here are very different from those You've been guiding to before simply because I've been growing this practice with my intuitive guidance As I've healed from my trauma and child abuse.

So I invite you to try these strategies to help you relieve stress pain and symptoms from your body And let go and notice how you feel.

I like to ask people before you start on a scale from 0 to 10 Where are you and when you're done go ahead and ask yourself that question again from 0 to 10 Where are you and become aware if things actually are helping you?

So we're gonna start off tapping in the center of your forehead in your third eye And we're gonna recite this phrase And with each phrase you're gonna stay tapping in that place We're gonna go through a series of phrases that are all surrounded by this word Orgasmic,

Which is a form of healing that I was guided and intuitively instructed to use for myself and the words orgasmic mean optimism resilience Gratitude Amazing zestful Magnificent intuitive and kind So I invite you to focus on your breath as you tap If you need further instructions,

You can go to my orgasmic breath and learn more about that But what we're doing is squeezing our pelvic floor as we inhale Holding briefly throughout the phrases and then exhaling as we tap So I invite you not a tap in the center of your forehead.

But begin a swiping motion and continue to tap From the bridge of your nose all the way out to the lateral eye You can do it on both sides or just one side.

I Invite you now to begin tapping Above your lip right under your nose and that little indentation you have there Keep focusing on your breath squeezing that pelvic floor Inhaling holding and then relaxing My optimism opens doors to my future My resilience helps me flow through life My gratitude keeps me safe My amazing attitude inspires myself and others My zestful flow of emotions keeps me balanced My magnificent manifestations keep me connected and aware My intuitive guidance is easy to follow and trust My kindness towards others and myself is delightfully contagious.

So one Hand will be on the right side of your head.

But I invite you to flow in circles So you're doing a circle on the right side of your head and a circle tap on the left side of your head So using both hands again focusing on your breath Inhaling and holding and squeezing that pelvic floor as we tap and go through these affirmations again My optimism opens doors to my future My resilience helps me flow through life My gratitude keeps me safe My amazing attitude inspires myself and others My zestful flow of emotions keeps me balanced my magnificent Manifestations keep me connected and aware my intuitive Guidance is easy to follow and trust my intuitive guidance is easy to follow and trust My kindness towards others and myself is delightfully contagious My world is divine Now we're gonna start a sweeping motion.

This is not something that you've heard or seen on any other EFT session,

My amazing attitude inspires myself and others My zestful flow of emotions keeps me balanced my magnificent manifestations Keep me connected and aware My intuitive guidance is easy to follow and trust my kindness towards others and myself is Delightfully contagious and my world is divine and now the last Thing we're gonna do here today is a gentle caress around your eyes in a figure-eight motion You can start on either side simply swiping over the bridge of your nose Towards either side of your face in a figure-eight motion My optimism opens doors to my future My resilience helps me flow through life My gratitude keeps me safe My amazing attitude inspires myself and others my zestful flow of emotions keeps me balanced My magnificent manifestations keep me connected and aware My intuitive guidance is easy to follow and trust my kindness towards others and myself is delightfully contagious My world is divine Now to anchor in everything we just did here and just focus on our breath now I invite you to focus on that orgasmic breath where you're again squeezing your pelvic floor Inhaling and holding briefly at that top of the inhale then exhaling and relaxing Now what I want you to do is get into that dragonfly position If you're not sure what that is You're interlocking your hands and you're placing them behind your head and I want your thumbs to be supporting your neck And we're just anchoring in everything.
