Take in a deep,
Slow breath as we enter this regression session.
We will begin with a current life regression,
Beginning with the emotion that you're feeling right now.
And then as we proceed into the session,
We will go into two past lives,
Allowing your body to give you the insights and the intuition for things and challenges that you may be experiencing now that are impacting your current life based on the knowledge you receive here today.
But for now,
All you need to do is focus on your breathing.
There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.
Simply focusing on your breathing as I guide you into relaxation helps your muscles become loose,
Limp,
Limber and relaxed and clears your mind.
As you calm your nervous system,
Boost your immune system and access a state of mind or matter.
That's right.
All you need to do is focus on your breathing and the sensations in your body as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
I invite you to close your eyes and relax.
Allow the sound of my voice to guide you into deep relaxation.
There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.
We are entering a state of mind over matter as your body lets go and releases stress.
Today we're entering a state of regression.
We're going to revisit three scenes in your childhood and heal the deep wounds and self-limiting beliefs.
We're only revisiting these scenes and you're going to feel completely safe and supported in this relaxed space.
I invite you to notice how peaceful,
Calm and relaxed your muscles are.
You feel loose,
Limp,
Limber and relaxed.
There's nothing to do and nothing to think about.
Just focusing on your breathing.
Breathe in deep,
Slow breaths.
Hold briefly and exhale slowly.
And continue to allow yourself to relax as we enter this visualization.
I invite you to imagine there's an album of your life in front of you.
It has scenes,
Pictures,
Videos or events held within the pages of the album.
You feel completely calm and relaxed and this process is helping calm your nervous system,
Boost your immune system and access a state of mind over matter.
And in a moment when we open the album,
We're going to go back to three scenes and you're going to feel safe and supported in this space.
But it's going to give you clarity as to the situations that caused you to create self-limiting beliefs,
Negative emotions and feelings in your mind and body.
I invite you now to open up the book and find a page.
Allow yourself to visualize,
Sense,
See or experience an event in your childhood that caused judgment,
Criticism,
Resentment,
That caused you to create self-limiting beliefs.
I want you to notice the situation,
Hear the things that were said,
See yourself in the experience.
Notice how it made you feel.
Notice any emotions or self-limiting beliefs that you created.
Allow yourself to notice how relaxed and peaceful you remain as we revisit this scene,
But you're more aware and in tune with your body and your mind.
I invite you to find the second scene,
An event in your childhood.
Whatever age arises is perfect.
That is a scene you need to address today.
Notice the situation.
Who's there?
What was said?
What is the self-limiting belief,
Feelings and emotions that arose from that situation?
How did it make you feel?
Now we're going to turn the page of the album one more time.
The third event caused you to create self-limiting beliefs due to judgment,
Criticism.
Maybe they caused resentment.
Allow yourself to identify the self-limiting belief and the age where this occurred.
See yourself in this scene.
What did you experience?
What did you feel?
What were the self-limiting beliefs that you created in this situation?
Notice how peaceful,
Calm and relaxed you feel.
This simple practice has helped you calm your nervous system,
Boost your immune system and access a state of mind over matter.
You have already revisited these scenes and you're completely safe and supported in this space.
I invite you now to close the album and notice,
Sense,
Visualize or imagine that you are entering the neighborhood of your childhood home.
If you had many homes,
The perfect home arises in your mind and you know where you are.
I want you to notice your age that you are going to revisit as you enter this home.
As you're walking through the neighborhood,
Notice it's peaceful and calm.
The neighborhood is waking up.
The sounds of birds in the trees,
The wind is blowing,
The sun is rising.
Maybe you notice laughter or distant conversation.
It's really calm there.
I invite you to notice yourself walking towards the door of your home.
I invite you to notice a sense of excitement in your heart center.
This sensation is going to continue to expand as we begin to heal your heart wounds.
I want you to notice a green light in your heart center and allow that light to expand as we revisit this home and heal with your inner child.
I invite you now to ring the doorbell or knock on the door.
Notice that sense of excitement growing within you as the door begins to open and you see yourself as a child.
Notice the smile on the child's face as they recognize you and they know you're here to heal these wounds.
They're excited and happy and joyful.
You can feel those happy emotions in your heart center and they continue to expand as you enter the house and walk through.
Noticing things are exactly where they used to be,
You can smell the sense of the house.
You feel as you have gone back in time.
The house is quiet.
It's only you and your little inner child.
I invite you to walk towards a safe space and sit with your inner child.
Notice where they take you.
You feel calm,
Peaceful,
And relaxed.
The simple practice is calming your nervous system and boosting your immune system.
You have access to a state of mind over matter.
As you settle down to sit with your inner child,
I want you to gaze into their eyes.
Take in deep,
Slow breaths and focus on your breathing.
And I want you to briefly revisit those three scenes as you gaze into their eyes.
See if you find any additional clarity coming from your inner child.
And I invite you to show your inner child how grateful you are for getting through those situations,
For growing and learning and evolving in your life,
For helping you become the amazing adult you have become.
Now to express our gratitude a little deeper,
We're going to recite some affirmations as you continue to gaze into your inner child's eyes,
Allowing the light in your heart center to continue to expand as you heal and repair your heart center.

Brilliant fuchsia or hot pink light expanding and healing in that space.
And now as I recite your empowerment affirmations,
I want you to notice that that light is expanding.
And if you want to feel a deeper sensation in that space,
You can gently squeeze your shoulder blades together to allow that healing to take place in the back of your spine.
As you gaze into the child's eyes,
Allow it to expand,
Filling you up with these two colors of green and fuchsia,
Expanding in the front of your chest,
Expanding in the back of your chest and your spine.
I am a master of my thoughts.
I can access mind over matter.
I am amazing and aware.
I'm special and spontaneous.
I'm truthful and trustworthy.
I'm empowered and enlightened.
I'm resourceful and resilient.
My world.
Now as we enter the next phase of healing affirmations,
I want you to notice that those two lights are beginning to spin in your heart center.
Whatever direction they spin is perfect.
They could be spinning towards the right or spinning towards the left.
And as they spin,
They are healing your heart wounds,
Merging together to create the perfect color that you need to heal those scenes that you revisited today.
So allow the color to arise.
Maybe you sense it,
See it,
Taste it,
Smell it.
Whatever arises is perfect.
And as I recite these affirmations,
It expands and grows all around your body.
As your heart center begins to heal.

It is dome-shaped with four windows.
One to the north,
One to the east,
One to the west,
And one to the south.
And I invite you to notice yourself sitting in the center,
Facing one of those windows.
And in a moment,
That window will become a door into your past life or an opening.
And whatever arises is perfect.
You are the creator of this reality.
I am simply here to guide you.
So just see that white room with four windows and you are at the center.
