I invite you to take in a deep,

Slow breath.

Begin to focus on your breathing.

And the more you focus on your breathing,

The easier it is to relax.

Notice the sensations of the comfy couch on your back,

And your arms.

Notice how your muscles begin to relax.

Notice the muscles of your face relax.

Notice the muscles of your eyes relax.

Notice the muscles of your neck relax.

Relax.

Just focus on your breathing,

And allow my voice to guide you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Allow the noises in the room to help you sink deeper and deeper.

There's nothing to do,

And nothing to think about.

We're simply breathing,

Relaxing,

And letting go.

You're doing an amazing job.

Just focusing on your breathing,

And noticing the sensations in your body as you relax.

Notice your shoulders relax.

Notice your arms relax.

Notice your hands relax.

Notice your back relax.

Feeling the sensations of the comfy couch as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Notice your belly relax.

Feel the sensations of your legs and ankles as they relax.

Notice your feet relax as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

This simple practice is helping you calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system,

And access a state of mind over matter.

And in a moment,

We will do a past life regression.

But for now,

We're just focusing on your breathing,

And allow my voice to guide you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You're perfectly safe and supported in this space.

And anything that arises during the regression will remain safe and supported.

So just imagine yourself relaxing even deeper.

Imagine yourself in your favorite relaxing spot.

Notice your muscles become 10 times more relaxed than they are right now as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And as you focus on your breathing,

The muscles of your neck become loose,

Limp,

Limber,

And relaxed.

Any tension in your body simply melts away as you focus on your breathing.

Your muscles are loose,

Limber,

And relaxed,

And you're feeling amazing in your happy,

Cozy place.

Now I invite you to imagine,

As I count from 11 to 1,

That you're inside a white dome room with four windows.

You're completely relaxed inside this room,

Feeling safe and supported.

And your muscles are becoming more loose,

Limp,

And limber as you just focus on your breathing.

And in a moment,

We will enter the regression.

But for now,

We're just focusing on relaxing in this peaceful and quiet room.

So just notice your body sinking deeper and deeper into the couch as you focus on the walls of the white room.

And I invite you to notice one of the windows.

Whichever window you want is perfect.

I invite you to focus on that window,

And as I count from 11 to 1,

You're going to see a door,

A door into a past life.

Whatever it looks like,

The intricate details are perfect.

Just allow it to come to you as I count from 11 to 1.

Notice the door.

What is it made of?

Are there any decorations?

How does the door handle look?

Whatever details you see are perfect,

And they're there to guide you.

And in a moment,

We will walk through the door.

But for now,

Just focus on the door.

How does it make you feel?

Notice how relaxed you feel.

And now from the center of the room,

I invite you to notice how you feel about that door and what's beyond the door.

Maybe you notice a sense of excitement or joy.

Allow whatever you feel to expand.

And now as I count from 11 to 1,

Imagine that you're walking towards the door,

And whatever emotion you're feeling,

It grows within you as you approach the door.

And in a moment,

We will go through the door and see where it takes you.

So just allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation and bring in that energy and that motivation as you walk through the door.

I invite you to open the door,

Turn the knob,

And notice the emotions that you feel as you turn the knob and pass the threshold of the door.

You have passed the threshold.

I invite you to see what you see.

Notice what you notice.

Sense what you sense.

And look at your feet.

Notice the floor.

Notice your feet.

Are you wearing shoes?

Are you barefoot?

Briefly scan your body and notice what you're wearing.

Are you wearing clothes?

What does it look like?

Now notice who you are.

Look at your body.

Are you male or female?

How old are you?

What is your name?

Everything that arises is perfect.

Just allow your mind to guide you.

Whatever you see,

Sense,

Taste,

And smell is perfect to guide you.

I invite you to notice what time in history is it.

Notice if you get a download.

I invite you to notice if you can recognize the date.

See yourself in this life.

Whatever time is perfect.

Notice your environment.

Notice who's there.

I invite you to turn around and look at your surroundings.

Where are you?

What do you see around you?

Do you see people?

Do you recognize anyone?

Do you see animals?

Allow everything to come to you.

Do you see buildings,

Homes,

Or structures?

Do you see castles?

Notice what you see in nature.

I invite you to walk around now and look into the eyes of people.

Notice the connections you make.

Do you recognize anyone?

How do you feel in this moment?

I invite you to imagine that you're walking towards your home in this place,

In this time.

Notice the things you see as you walk towards it.

What does it look like?

Are there people outside?

Is there anyone you recognize?

What is the house made of?

What do the walls and the doors look like?

What do the windows and the roof look like?

Notice its surroundings.

I invite you to notice the feelings in your body as you approach the door.

I invite you to open the door.

Maybe you notice a sense of excitement or joy.

Whatever you feel is perfect.

Imagine yourself opening the door and notice who is inside the house.

Do you recognize any faces?

What do you see inside this house?

How do you feel in this space?

I invite you to see yourself on a typical day,

Living in this time.

Notice what you do.

Do you have a job?

Do you work?

Do you know your purpose?

Do you have a profession or a mission?

Allow yourself to remember.

Allow the memories to resume.

See your day unfold from the moment you awaken all the way through the moment you fall asleep.

Notice how you feel in this life.

Notice what you taste.

Notice what you sense in your body.

And your experiences in this life.

Notice what you smell.

You have done an amazing job,

And this simple practice is helping you calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system,

And access a state of mind over matter.

And in a moment,

As I count from 11 to 1,

You're going to jump forward 10 years into the future in this life.

But for now,

You're just focusing on your breathing and seeing your life unfold.

You have arrived 10 years into the future in that life.

Where are you?

Who's with you?

What are you doing?

How old are you?

What is happening on this particular day?

I invite you to reflect on this life.

All the events that you have seen up until now.

And tune in to your future in this life.

And allow your mind to recalibrate and tell you,

Is there anything to heal in this life?

Is there anything in this life that will help you heal your current life?

As I count from 22 down to 1,

If you haven't seen the moment to heal,

You will see it,

Clearly,

Sense it,

Know it,

Taste it,

And smell it.

But you will remain peaceful,

Calm,

And relaxed.

Completely safe and supported.

Just focusing on your breathing.

As we're only revisiting this memory to create awareness and know exactly what to do.

So as I count from 22 to 1,

Allow yourself to relax.

Sinking deeper into relaxation as that moment of healing arises.

We're only revisiting this moment.

This is a past life memory.

But it's going to give you some insights into your current life.

Notice how old are you?

What happened?

How did it make you feel?

Allow my voice and any noises that may arise to help you sink deeper and deeper as you revisit this memory.

What beliefs did this experience create for you?

What conversation did you have with yourself after this moment?

I invite you to notice if a behavior emerged after this event.

I invite you to notice what did you do every time that feeling or emotion came up.

You're doing an amazing job.

Completely peaceful,

Calm and relaxed and safe.

I invite you to notice,

Is your present life ruled by that behavior or that pattern?

Does that emotion continue to impact you in this life?

What is your current consequence?

Do you choose to continue this way?

And if you choose to change,

And I imagine you want to change,

Because you're here today listening to me.

What is your new goal?

How do you want to change your story?

How are these lessons and insights going to help you change your behavior?

With all this new knowledge and awareness,

Do you commit to shift your story?

Are you ready to release your limits and fears from your past life and in this life?

You have done an amazing job.

This simple practice has helped calm your nervous system,

Boost your immune system and access a state of mind over matter.

You're completely safe and supported in this space.

And now I invite you to continue to see the rest of your life in this past life.

See yourself aging rapidly.

Notice yourself approaching slowly the end of that life.

Just like everyone does,

They're born and at some point they reach the end of their life.

You are safe and supported.

Just bring in all the insights and the guidance and the intuition.

Observe these last moments of that life as if you're seeing them on a TV screen.

Bring in all the insights,

The guidance and the intuition.

Notice the circumstances.

Notice the details of those last moments as you approach your death.

Were you ill?

Were you elderly?

Was there an accident?

Whatever arises is perfect.

I invite you to notice what was the cause of your death.

Were you elderly and aging?

Whatever thoughts arise are perfect.

I invite you to notice the thoughts that are crossing your mind in that moment.

What was your happiest moment in life?

Did you achieve your purpose?

Did you feel fulfilled?

Did you feel successful?

Did you serve your mission?

Notice what was your saddest moment.

Did you learn the lessons?

Did you heal that experience?

Did you learn from those challenges?

You have done an amazing job.

And this past life regression has brought you insights into your current life and your current situation.

Your muscles are loose,

Limber and relaxed.

And you're completely peaceful and calm.

You have calmed your nervous system,

Boosted your immune system and accessed the state of mind over matter.

And each time you listen to this audio,

You may see the same life or you may go back in time to a different past life.

But each time you listen,

More knowledge and awareness will arise.

And it will serve you to make changes in your current life.

And work towards your purpose and your mission.

So as you watch yourself in this life,

As you see the end of that life,

What learnings are you bringing back with you?

What are the changes that you're going to make in your current life?

What are the lessons that you have learned?

What are the insights and intuition this past life has given you?

Notice how safe and supported you feel in this space.

Notice your shoulders are loose,

Limber and relaxed.

Notice your neck and head are relaxed.

Notice your spine and belly is relaxed.

Notice your legs and feet are relaxed.

And this regression has served you greatly.

All the insights and intuition is already within you.

And in a moment,

You will drift into deep sleep.

And as you sleep,

You may revisit this past life or maybe revisit a new life.

And you will wake up with insights,

Guidance and intuition to bring into your current life.

But all you need to do is listen to the sound of my voice and the binaural beats as they help you sink deeper into relaxation.

You will sink into deep,

Restful sleep.
