Your body sinks deeper and deeper into relaxation and your muscles become loose,

One button is in your root chakra.
One button is your belly button in your solar plexus.
One button is in your sacral chakra.

And I invite you now to focus on your breath as we anchor in all of these calming sensations and account upwards from one to four.

One you are safe and secure in this space and protected.
Two you're calm,
