In today's meditation,

We're going to walk through the chakras in your field,

Bringing into your awareness where your energy's at today,

Seeing what is ready to be released,

Accepted,

Being comfortable,

Whether you're laying down or sitting up,

Just moving your awareness to wherever I mention.

We'll bring our awareness below your feet,

Looking at how your system is connected down in this grounding area,

Noticing if you feel plugged in,

Connected,

There's no right or wrong.

As we bring our awareness here,

The energy automatically starts to shift,

Starts to balance and align,

Feeling those electrical currents getting stronger,

Simply observing.

Maybe you feel the energy,

Maybe you just know that it's moving.

You might have visualizations or hearing things,

Just being easy with all of it,

And we'll just shift to the lower right area of your field,

Just up to the side of your right feet,

Seeing how your energy shows up for you here.

Is it lopsided,

Is it energized,

Is it a little bit tired?

We're going to let go of anything that's not ours,

Anything that's not helping us.

So when we wake up in the morning,

We feel energized,

We feel ready to go.

Coming up in your field around your right hand,

Bringing your awareness to this area.

Here we'll look at how your system has capacity around how it experiences,

What it can do in situations.

Perhaps it's been overloaded,

Perhaps it has lost its flow.

Feeling back,

Flexibility,

Space,

Feeling the energy light in here.

You might feel the energy shifting in different areas that we're talking about,

And that's perfectly okay.

Feeling yourself dropping into your body,

Now shifting up around your head,

But still in the field off to the right.

Little more unconscious energy here around trusting as far as moving forward,

Seeing if anything is interfering in the field here.

Sometimes fear can influence us,

Letting it realign,

Moving directly above your head.

Looking here at your connection.

Sometimes our level of trust will show up here,

Being curious,

Watching for shifts in your body as we move.

Again feeling an increase in energy as this begins to open.

This trust starts to enter your body,

And that fear gets quieter.

You might feel your heart expanding.

Sometimes this can even feel uncomfortable,

But that's only because it's new.

Sometimes when things are new,

They don't always feel comfortable at first,

And that's why we sit with it,

And we respond to it.

Keep observing,

Being gentle with yourself.

Now we'll shift over to the left by your head,

But still out in the field.

Maybe you'll notice a difference between the left and the right.

The left often reflects our emotional capacity,

Letting that balance through awareness.

Shifting down around the left hand,

Just off to the side,

Looking at your emotional capacity around your experiences.

Again,

Letting go of what's not yours and what's not helping you,

Allowing your system to process what has been stuck,

Letting your system soften as you begin to flow.

Again,

Feeling your body dropping in,

Feeling more free,

Moving down around the left foot in the field,

Being curious and observing what shows up for you here.

Remembering we carry a lot of ancestral energy,

Letting go of what is not serving you,

And being grateful for the support that helps to carry you forward,

Feeling out your heart,

Moving under your feet again.

This time we're looking more at the general field,

Noticing if you have a little more room to breathe,

Allowing yourself to take up space while also being relaxed,

Feeling more present,

Feeling more balanced,

Feeling completely aligned,

Knowing that your energy is running through all of the in-body chakras,

Feeling those currents all connected,

Lighting up,

Flow throughout your entire body,

Dropping into your heart center by thinking of something that you are grateful for,

Really feeling it,

Letting that energy spread throughout your entire body,

Bringing you peace,

Joy,

And presence,

Allowing yourself to really observe your new alignment and how that feels,

Trusting you are safe in your body,

Trusting you are connected,

Trusting you are enough,

Exactly how you are in this moment,

Taking a moment to be grateful for yourself for showing up today,

Thanking yourself,

Telling yourself you love yourself,

Observing how comfortable that is,

Remembering to make that practice,

Just observing your breath,

Your chest rising and falling,

Perhaps wiggling your jaw,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Really connecting into your body,

Taking a breath in,

Stretching and releasing,

Remembering to continue to observe these changes in you,

Do this practice anytime you need to realign,

When you are ready,

Take a minute to come back into your day,

Looking around,

Using your senses to stay grounded,

Thank you for sharing this practice with me,

One more time dropping into your heart with gratitude to yourself,

Sitting in this feeling for as long as it feels right for you today.
