Close your eyes.

Notice your breath.

You don't have to change it.

Simply notice it.

Notice your body.

See if you can get it a little bit more comfortable,

Even 2% more cozy,

With a little adjustment of the shoulders,

Wiggling,

Dropping them down your back.

Now bring your attention to the space just below your feet.

Just become aware of this space and notice it.

Now noticing your feet.

We're not changing anything.

We're just noticing.

Noticing your ankles.

Noticing your calves,

Your shins,

Your knees.

Simply breathing as you notice.

Your quads,

Your hamstrings.

Noticing your hips,

Your glutes.

Noticing your lower back,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your upper back,

Your shoulders.

Noticing your body,

Dropping in as your attention goes to your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Noticing your throat,

Your jaw,

Your tongue,

Your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Your nose,

Your eyes,

Your ears.

Noticing your whole face,

Your whole head,

Your whole body.

Noticing the energy again below your feet.

Being more connected to this space.

Being more connected to it flowing throughout your entire system.

Becoming more aware of the energy moving up through you.

Becoming aware now of the space above your head.

Feeling that energy also flowing down into your system,

Through your crown,

Through your face,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your core,

Through your hips,

Down your legs,

Through your feet and below.

Becoming aware of these waves of absolute light flowing through your body,

From in to out,

From out to in,

From side to side,

From top to bottom,

From bottom to top.

Feeling this radiant energy flowing through every cell in your system.

Feeling supported,

Feeling healthy,

Feeling loved,

Feeling gratitude,

Feeling connected.

Sit in this as long as you like and come back to it as many times a day as feels right for you.

Just keeping your eyes closed until it feels right for you to come back and open them.

Always coming back slowly,

Wiggling the toes,

The fingers,

Noticing your breath,

Noticing your body.

Always dropping back into that heart,

Into that gratitude,

Simply being present,

Being light,

Being love.
