Taking a big breath in,
Pause,
And let go fully,
Closing your eyes if it feels comfortable for you.
This time,
As you inhale deeply,
Squeeze your whole body tight,
Really squeezing,
Holding,
Opening your mouth and releasing,
Wiggling your jaw,
Letting go of everything,
Feeling the tension,
Leaving your system,
Feeling yourself becoming more aware of your breath.
One more big inhale and squeeze,
Holding and releasing everything,
Feeling lighter and more clear as you decompress,
Feeling your nervous system regaining capacity as stress leaves your body and your mind.
Letting go of what is not yours,
Becoming more at peace in your space.
As this releases,
Your system naturally brings in the healthy energy that it needs to balance and recharge you,
Helping you to unwind,
Relax,
And feel fully regulated.
Now taking a more gentle,
Long,
Slow inhale,
Holding,
And releasing with purpose and awareness,
Feeling more aware of your body,
Feeling more settled and more dropped in,
Feeling more grounded and clear,
Becoming more aware of your physical body.
You can continue to be still,
Or if it feels right,
Perhaps wiggling your toes,
Gently shifting your feet,
Bringing slow movement into your legs and your arms,
Gently turning your head from side to side.
You are now feeling completely decompressed and fully connected to yourself,
Completely balanced and clear,
Knowing you have the space to move forward in peace and in calm,
Giving gratitude to yourself,
Dropping into your heart to feel appreciation to yourself for showing up,
Staying in this heart center and with your breath as you continue on your day,
Remembering you can return to this feeling and this space whenever you need to.
When you are ready,
Perhaps gently stretching as it feels right for you,
Continuing to stay in your body with ease and grace.
When you are ready,
Gently letting go.
