Let's practice being mindful.

Find yourself into a position where you can be comfortable and at ease,

Taking a moment to be here and be now.

Slow down.

Slow down your breathing,

Making each inhalation a little deeper,

Allowing yourself to slow down your breath.

Breathe comfortably and peacefully,

Pausing at the end of each inhalation and each exhalation.

Slow down.

Slow your breath and journey to the now.

Slowly a sense of peacefulness,

Security,

Calm,

Comfort,

Or even drowsiness will come over you.

Your mind will glide like a boat into a calm lagoon.

Slow down.
