Since that's how we mostly live our lives.
Take a moment to look around and feel yourself present in whatever room or space that you're in.
Keep your gaze open and relaxed and breathe.
Pay attention to your breathing,
The inhale and the exhale.
As you pay attention to your breath,
Quietly say to yourself,
May I meet this moment fully.
May I meet it as a friend.
May I meet this moment fully.
May I meet it as a friend.
Beautiful.
You can do this meditation anytime,
Anywhere,
Sitting or standing.
In this way,
The whole of the day becomes an ongoing mindfulness practice,
Where you can decide in each moment to meet that moment fully and meet it as a friend.
