Make sure that your spine is nice and straight,
Please.
Just so that you can allow any downloads.
Any.
Information.
From beyond.
To travel through the spine all nice and easily.
Slow down your breathing and close down your eyes.
This is your time.
Short and sweet,
But it's your time to settle into.
Some self-awareness.
Focus on your breath.
Allow your breath to be that point of complete focus.
So feel everything about your breath as you breathe in.
Feel it as you exhale.
This will bring you into that place of stillness and quiet.
So we can go internal.
Let go of everything around you.
And start to dive inside.
And as you become still and quiet.
The next time you exhale a neuron empty.
Hold that empty for a few seconds,
About five or six seconds.
And just sit in that emptiness.
Before you take your next breath.
Do that.
For a few breaths for me.
Sit in that space in between before you breathe in again.
Can you feel your body vibrate?
Can you feel?
The slightest buzz.
Inside of your body.
Slight,
Slight buzz like a.
.
.
That sometimes when you're in a space and you can hear like an electric buzz or a sound and you can't quite place where it comes from.
It's like a very low,
Buzzing,
Ringing Can you feel that?
In your body.
On the stillness in between your breath.
You'll feel your heartbeat.
You'll feel if you sit really in it,
You'll feel the blood pressure.
Like the pump.
Of your heartbeat.
Everything about your body holds energy.
All of your scars.
All of the places in your body where you've had operations.
Accidents.
Your blood,
Your organs.
Your womb.
Your private They are home.
Energy.
Imagine.
Each part of your body has an intelligence.
Keep those long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Try and keep pausing in between to feel the stillness.
And you'll feel what I'm talking about.
Each part.
Has an intelligence.
The intelligence in the different parts of your being.
Stays there.
For different time periods.
So if you were to have a blood transfusion someone else's energy from someone else's blood will stay in your system for 21 days if you were to have a heart transplant.
The energy of somebody else's being.
In that heart that's encapsulated in it.
Will transfer into you and be there for about three to five years.
Each part of you holds that which you are.
If you have grief.
Pain.
Problems that keep reappearing.
In your life.
Your body,
Your vessel.
Holds them in different places.
The energy of them,
The vibration of them.
If there's something that you would like to let go off.
A behavior in your life that you keep repeating.
A feeling.
In your overall body that you'd like to let go of.
Think about it.
Bring it to mind.
And then ask yourself this question.
Where is this feeling?
Where is this behavior being stored?
In my body and just let your body tell you.
Where are you in that?
Is the feeling in your heart?
Is the feeling in your throat?
Is it in your fingers?
Your gut.
See if you can place it.
And if it's in more place than one,
Then just group those places together in your mind.
And start to change your breath.
Breathe in nice and deep and quite powerfully through your nose.
So that it's more audible as you breathe.
Breathe into that place in your body with a powerful in-breath.
As if you're bringing in.
A cleansing breath.
To that place in your body.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out and exhale.
Release it through your mouth.
When you release,
Imagine in your mind whatever visual you need to see so that it feels like you're physically releasing it.
Are you?
Making a sigh sound when you exhale?
Are you coughing?
It out.
How do you need to purge it?
How do you need to expel it?
Take your breath in your powerful deep breaths in as if you're grabbing a hold of it with your breath.
And then as you exhale,
Exhale with the intention of exhaling it physically out of your body.
Give it some gusto,
Some thought,
Some force.
Use your breath to heal your own body.
And just repeat.
Repeat,
Repeat,
Repeat.
Maybe you want to intuitively blow it,
Like you're blowing on a wish.
Maybe you need to.
Make us sound like a dragon.
Raw as you breathe it out of your body.
Something primal.
See if you can let go of any like self-awareness.
Any uncomfortable feelings of what you look like or what you sound like.
If anybody was watching.
Don't be self-conscious.
How can you just?
Get this thing.
Out.
Of your field.
And when it feels like It's time to stop.
Intuitively.
Your body will just stop doing that with your breath.
You'll stop and come back and resume.
A nice peaceful breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when it comes back to a place of calm.
And peace.
Think about fill in the spaces.
Filling the spaces that you created.
With something good.
Breathe it in through your nose.
Whatever it is.
Is it love?
Is it light?
The perfect sound,
The perfect colour.
The perfect person.
Breathe them in to that space that you created.
And see it in your mind being filled.
Can you drum up a feeling of knowing?
A feeling of complete knowing and trust.
This space is being replaced.
And whatever it is that you need is there.
If it feels easier for you to see it coming,
Then see it coming.
I see it already so.
And then if you can.
Just come back to breathing.
And feeling.
Your own being in that pause.
On the empty.
For a few seconds.
Breathing in,
Breathing out and pausing.
Connect to your life force.
Your spirit that's inside you.
Vibration,
That tingle,
That energy.
Maybe you can tell that you feel just a little bit more alive.
Clear.
Stronger.
Can you feel the vibration more?
Job.
Now.
I'm going to count to three.
And when I get to three.
You can open your eyes and let go of that wonderful universe that's inside of you.
And come back into the outside reality.
