My name is Corrie.
We're going to meditate together.
We're going to meditate on increasing our inner peace today.
So if you'd like to get comfortable,
Make sure that you're laying down in a comfortable position or you're in a seated comfortable position.
Whichever feels right for you.
Either one will work.
Allow your body to adjust so that you know that you're completely comfy.
If at any time during your meditation you feel like you need to adjust your body to change things around,
Then please do so.
Don't feel like you have to sit still and quiet or you'll get in trouble.
Please change your physical body if it's speaking louder and not allowing you to be in the process.
And it will.
It will speak very loud if it's uncomfortable.
So just change the position.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already and start to focus on your breathing.
Our breath is the anchor point when we go into meditation.
It's a place that we can come back to all of the time,
But it's a place where we always start.
Focusing on your breath.
Just feeling the way that you're breathing.
Not making any changes with your breath.
Just allowing your breath to do its own thing.
Breathe at the pace it wants to right now.
If you've been meditating for a while,
It might be an automatic that as soon as you close down your eyes and you sit in your comfortable meditation position,
Your breath starts to slow down naturally.
If not,
Start to manipulate your breathing and slow your breath down.
Taking longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
Start to pull your breath down into your abdomen.
Pull it all the way down into the lowest part of your tummy.
So each inhale,
Take deeper.
The next time you inhale,
Take it even deeper.
See if you can breathe all the way down to the base of your spine.
If you like to play with your inner sight,
You can start to imagine that there's a big ball of light there in front of your face.
You can make the light whichever color you desire.
So start to feel that light.
Let it turn into whatever color it wants to.
This big ball of healing,
Cleansing,
Relaxing light there in front of your face.
And as you breathe in,
Visualize with your inner sight that you can see that color coming in through your nose,
Down through your throat,
Going down into your lungs.
Watch it journey down into your stomach.
See it in your mind's eye go all the way down to the base of your spine.
Every breath you take,
Breathe in your color,
Pull it in,
Pull it into the back of your head.
Let it flow around your headspace and your face.
The next breath in,
Breathe it down into your shoulders and across your chest.
The next big,
Deep inhale,
Bring the color down over your shoulders.
Let it start to flow down towards your elbows.
Pull it all the way down your forearms,
Down into your hands and your fingertips.
If you want to play with it,
On your exhales,
Breathe out.
Breathe out a gray or a black or a blue,
As if on the exhale you're letting go.
You're releasing,
You're removing anything in your system,
Anything in your mind,
Anything in your body that no longer serves you.
Breathing in your color,
Bring it down into your stomach,
Pulling around all of your organs,
Down and around and through your heart.
Pull it down and around your liver,
Over on the right there,
Just above your stomach.
Pull your color down and around your kidneys,
Your tummy,
Your stomach,
Your lower intestines.
Imagine the colors going all the way through your torso,
Relaxing,
Cleansing,
Healing that part of your body.
Breathe out any negativity.
Breathe out with a little bit of intention.
So when you exhale,
Imagine that you're giving it a bit of a push as well.
So you breathe out and push all of that stuff out of your body.
Time to let go.
In your inner sight,
Pull the color,
The ball of light color that's in front of your face.
Breathe in and pull it all the way down into your hips,
Down into your groin.
Pull the light down into your legs.
Watch it flow down through your upper legs,
Down to your knees,
All the way down through your lower legs and your calf muscles.
All the way down into your feet,
So that your whole body is filled with this light.
From your toes,
If you look at yourself through your inner sight,
You'll see it go all the way up to the top of your head.
And now what I'd like you to do is use your imagination imagine that in the space there in front of your mind,
There's 10 steps going down.
Imagine that you're walking towards the top of these 10 steps.
Then you stop at the top.
Look down at your light filled feet.
Look down at the ground underneath your feet.
Notice what the staircase is made of.
You can move your feet around and feel the texture of that top step underneath your feet.
Going down these stairs at the bottom of the 10 steps when we go down in just a few moments,
There's a door waiting for us to go through and I'll describe that door to you when we get to the bottom.
I'll explain everything about that door and where it leads when we get down there.
But for now,
Starting to go down your staircase with whichever foot feels comfortable for you to lead with.
Going down together 10,

Feel the steps underneath your feet.

Taking a couple of steps forward so that you're standing right there in front of the door I mentioned earlier.
Just taking a look at the door,
Sensing,
Seeing.
Notice all of the details about this door.
What does it look like?
What color is it?
You can reach out and touch the door.
Does it feel rough or smooth?
This door leads us to a very magical place.
It's known as a rainbow room filled with different crystals and stones.
The room has healing properties and all of the different crystals and stones in the room have different light,
Different colors,
Different frequencies.
There's chairs in the room that are made of the stones of the crystals,
Many different seats to sit on.
And when you sit in these chairs,
You receive the healing frequency of each one.
This is a room where you don't have to intuitively think or feel.
You can just go in and let yourself wander to wherever you need to go and just know and trust that you will receive the divine healing in your body through the crystals that's necessary for you to reach more inner peace,
For you to be happier in your everyday reality.
So I'm going to count to three in just a few moments.
On one,
You'll open the door.
On two,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And on three,
You'll find yourself in the rainbow room filled with healing crystals.
One,
Two,
Three.
First of all,
Just look down at the floor.
Look down at the ground.
Notice what you're standing on.
And then look over to your left and see what you see over there.
Look straight in front of you.
What do you notice in that space?
Look over to your right and see what's over there.
Looking around the room,
Looking around the seats made with different stones and crystals.
You might be a person that doesn't know anything about crystals and that's totally okay.
You don't have to know anything.
This is a healing room designed so that you can just be.
You don't have to think too much.
And I'm also going to help.
Somewhere in this space,
There's a room with a chair that looks like it's like a tiger's eye.
A tiger's eye is different shades of brown.
It's quite creamy in its density.
It's not see-through.
It's got browns and oranges and flecks of different earthy types of colors.
When you see it,
I'd like you to go over and just sit yourself down on that chair.
It may feel quite hard and cool to the touch.
It's definitely going to be smooth.
Close your eyes and start to allow yourself to feel the energy of this stone.
It's quite heavy and dense.
Its energy is very grounding and healing to the body.
Tiger's eye grounds you,
Keeps you stable and sturdy and rooted to the earth.
Allow your body to feel a very deep connection to the stone beneath your back body.
Allow yourself to feel as if you've been pulled and sucked into the chair and the energies of this crystal.
Just relax completely into it,
As if this great,
Big,
Sturdy hand is holding you safe and pulling you deep into the core of the earth where you're healed,
You're grounded.
And within this grounding,
There is a deep sense of safety and protection.
You can feel at peace,
Comfortable,
Like everything is good in the world.
All is taken care of in this vibration.
Anything that would keep you safe,
Your body,
Your health,
Money,
Food,
Your sexuality,
All the rooted,
Grounded aspects of your human nature are all being taken care of and fed right here in this seat.
Let the tiger's eye vibrate through your cells,
Your bones,
Your muscles.
Let that sense of peace and security just float around in your body for a while.
Enjoy the sensation.
Look around the space for a pink,
Rosy-colored chair,
A rose quartz crystal chair.
It's normally quite pale pink,
Very pretty in color with marbles of white going through it.
Sometimes it's cloudy and sometimes it's clear.
When you spot the chair,
Get up,
Go over to it and sit down in the rose quartz crystal chair here in the rainbow room.
Instantly feel the difference.
Let your energy absorb the energy of the chair.
In this chair,
You might feel a more of an instant,
Spacious kind of feeling in your body,
As if you want to rise up.
It feels lighter.
It doesn't feel dense and pulling down and heavy like the other chair.
This chair feels spacious,
Soft,
Light,
And comfortable.
To the touch,
If it was touching you,
It would be gentle,
Like a very soft caress throughout your body.
This is more like being cradled and held by something that loves you deeply.
Let it feed your cells,
Your bones,
Your muscles.
The rose quartz is all about love.
It vibrates in the energy and the frequency of love.
So think about love in your life,
Your relationships,
For yourself,
For your family,
For your children,
Your intimate relationships.
Absorb all that you need from this healing crystal while you're here that could help you in those areas.
Let it float into your body.
It feels nice to be peaceful and loved,
Just in the space of love.
And happiness and inner peace.
Nothing else going on in the world.
Just you being held by the rose quartz.
If you have your eyes closed as you lay and absorb the energy,
You can open your eyes and find the rest of the room still there around you.
Is there a chair in here that's calling to you?
Maybe it's turquoise,
Maybe it's just a crystal quartz,
Clear and glassy and brilliant like a diamond.
Maybe it's ruby red.
Maybe it's an emerald.
Look around the room and wherever you're called to,
Let yourself just go to it and sit in that seat.
Just feel it.
Sit back in it and get comfortable.
It doesn't matter if you know what the qualities are of your chair.
Just trust that you need them.
Trust in yourself for a minute.
Let the energy in the color of your chair absorb into your skin,
Through your skin,
Into your cells.
Let the color go all the way from the top of your head down to your toes.
Feel it going through,
Moving through your body.
Just let yourself feel this inner peace.
You deserve it.
Allow it.
And now,
If you could,
Prepare yourself to come back.
You can take one last look around this room.
Know that you can come back to this meditation and come in this room for healing anytime you need to.
This is your special space.
But for now,
When I count to three,
You're going to find yourself with your eyes still closed at the bottom of the 10 steps that we originally came down.
Leaving this space behind for now.
One,
Two,
Three.
Looking up the 10 steps there in front of you.
Bringing back all of this wonderful ooey gooey energy that you received today.
Maintaining this feeling of inner peace in your body for as long as possible.
And knowing that you can come back to it quickly.
Starting with whichever foot feels right for you.
Coming up the steps.
One,
Two,
Three.
Feel the steps underneath your feet.
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
You can open your eyes.
Whittle your fingers.
Whittle your toes.
Come back into your body.
