So that you can relax your body and let go of your busy,

As you lay cozy and comfy in your bed,
Take a moment to just close down your eyes.
Let go of the big world around you.
It's time to say goodbye to your day,
And hello to your dreams and the world of the night.
As you close your eyes and go into that space inside of you,
Something very magical happens.
The potential to go anywhere you wanted to go in your imagination wakes up.
But first of all,
Let's just relax our bodies a little bit.
I'd like you to squeeze your hands together and make a really tight fist.
Squeeze your hands into a ball and squeeze them so tight that it almost hurts.
You're putting so much effort.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze.
And then let your hands just soften and relax.
If you can tense the muscles in your legs,
Make them go really tense and hard.
As if you're tightening all of the muscles in your lower legs and your upper legs.
Squeeze your legs and make them go really stiff and tight.
And then relax them.
Straighten your arms and squeeze your fists and really straighten and tighten all the muscles in your arms.
Make them go super,
Super stiff,
Super hard.
And then relax them.
Scrunch up all of your face.
Make your face go super tight.
Scrunch up your lips,
Your eyes,
Your nose.
Scrunch and then relax.
Tighten your tummy.
Squeeze in your tummy and make everything as tight as possible.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze.
Hold your muscles tight.
And then relax.
Let your whole body relax into your bed.
So now you feel heavy and comfortable.
Imagine that you're flying through the sky like Superman.
You're dodging in and out of the clouds like a bird,
Easy and effortlessly.
The wind is blowing in your hair and you're flying super,
Super fast.
You have a destination in mind.
It's called the Perfect Palace.
The Perfect Palace is a place that you've heard about.
It's a place where you can go to feel absolutely perfect.
And that sounds exactly what you need right now.
You fly above the trees.
You fly lower down.
You can see the forests,
The hills,
The villages down below.
You're about a minute away from the Perfect Palace.
And as you fly closer and closer to it,
You start to see it through the clouds.
It has a big,
Tall tower.
And part of the tower is covered by clouds.
The rest of the palace below is made of grey stone.
There's a drawbridge and there's a moat all around the palace.
It looks very much like an old-fashioned castle.
It looks as if it has many,
Many rooms,
Maybe even a dungeon below.
There's a window in the tower and you fly through the window and land inside of a really cool room.
It's a round room.
It has a round bed.
And all the furniture is curved and rounded.
The wardrobes,
The drawers,
The chairs.
It has a big,
Round,
Soft,
Plush rug in the middle of the room.
And you take off your socks and shoes so that you can feel it underneath your toesies.
And it feels very furry and soft.
It makes you want to sit down on the rug and just lay down and make snow angels on it.
So that's what you do.
The furry rug feels really soft underneath your body,
Like you're laying on a big,
Soft sponge.
And the fur feels good underneath your fingertips.
Everything feels perfect.
There's a smell in the room.
It smells like lavender and rose petals.
That smells perfect.
After a few minutes,
You stand up and take a look around the room.
Underneath the dressing table,
There's a pair of fluffy,
Soft-looking slippers and you slip them on and they feel perfect.
There's a pair of soft,
Plush,
Cotton pajamas on the bed.
And you put them on and they feel perfect.
The material feels really soft against your skin and cozy.
And there's no irritating label on the back.
There's a brush on the dressing table and you pick up your brush and brush your hair with it.
And the brush feels just right on your scalp.
Not too hard and not too soft.
It feels perfect.
Then you find a bathroom attached to the room.
And in the bathroom,
There's a round toilet.
Not an oval-shaped toilet.
It's completely round,
Like a circle.
There's a round sink.
And there's a toothbrush next to the sink,
So you brush your teeth.
And the brush feels perfect.
Not too hard and not too soft.
Then you decide to maybe try out that lovely,
Big,
Round bed.
You climb up onto the bed and you can tell straight away that the mattress is perfect.
So you climb into bed and the covers feel perfect.
Not too heavy,
Not too light.
Nice and soft.
The color of your bedding sheets is your favorite color and that feels perfect.
And then you start to feel this funny sensation in your body.
The sensation feels like you're perfect.
Everything about you is perfect.
All of your interesting moods,
They're perfect.
All of your little bumps and lumps and scars and freckles.
They feel perfect.
All of the different quirky parts of your personality.
They feel perfect.
The way that you walk,
The way that you talk,
The way that you act is perfect.
Everything feels just right.
It's a funny kind of feeling to feel perfect.
Your friends,
Your family,
Your pets,
Your school,
Everything is perfect.
Life is perfect in the Perfect Palace.
And you're starting to really like it.
You feel very cozy and at home in this place.
You don't have any wants or needs.
Because everything is perfect.
Everything is just right.
You close your eyes and it feels just right.
You sink into the bed just enough.
It's perfect.
You feel perfectly warm and at peace inside and out.
You start to fall asleep.
Your body is heavy and tired.
And that's perfect.
You start to take longer,
Slower breaths.
You can feel your body starting to get floaty and sleepy.
And that feels perfect.
You feel as if your whole body has gone soft and relaxed like jello.
And it's perfect.
Because you're perfect.
The bed is perfect.
Everything is just right here in Perfect Palace.
Eventually,
You fall fast asleep.
And that's just perfect.
As you stick around and listen to the music,
Because the music is perfect.
