Are you ready to meditate with Cori?

Make sure that you're comfortable and warm and snug as a bug in your bed.

As you lay in your bed all still and quiet,

I'd like you to close down your eyes for me please.

Close down your eyes so that you can shut out the rest of the world.

You can use your memory and your imagination and we can go on a very magical journey together.

Starting with imagining that instead of laying in your bed,

You're walking down a path.

It's a very nice day outside.

The sun is shining nice and bright in the sky.

The path leads through a very quaint,

Pretty village.

People are hustling and bustling all around you on the street.

There's one very jolly looking man over on the left side of the street,

Sweeping the floor outside of his bakery shop.

There's people going to and fro as if they're going to work first thing in the morning.

Everyone's happy,

People smile and say good morning and you say good morning.

Everybody knows everybody in this village that you're walking through and everyone is friends with each other,

But you're heading to a very special place.

A special place where you absolutely love to go when all you want to do is relax.

And that's exactly what you need today.

You keep walking through the village,

Smiling at the occasional person as you pass them by until you start to get off the busy street and start to walk towards a big green field.

The big green field is completely empty.

There's a haze of yellow on the grass and when you get closer,

You see that there are tiny little yellow flowers all over the grass.

Little yellow wildflowers that look like buttercups.

You love buttercups.

If you pick one of the buttercups up and you stick it under your chin and your chin goes yellow that means you like butter.

It's a very magical flower.

You start to walk through the field.

You stop for a second and take off your shoes so that you can feel the soft,

Spongy grass underneath your feet.

It feels warm because of the sun and it's really soft,

Like walking on a plush carpet.

You can smell fresh cut grass in the air as if someone close by has cut a field down or they've mowed their lawn or something.

This grass is quite long and very soft.

Sometimes you see butterflies flying here and there.

Sometimes you see the occasional bee flying down to one of the yellow flowers to get some of the pollen.

But it's so,

So quiet out here in the field.

It's very different from walking through the village like you did earlier.

You know where you're going.

At the far side of this field there's a creek.

The creek is steep enough to swim in.

And the creek travels all the way down through into another village.

But you know where there's a boat.

Just a small boat.

A boat big enough for you to sit in or lay back on.

And that's exactly where you're heading.

By the time you make it to the little bridge that crosses the creek,

You're quite tired.

The field is very big and it takes you a long time to get through it and across it.

But then you hear the rushing water of the creek.

The lovely sound of the water rippling over the rocks,

Rushing down,

Flowing to wherever it's going.

You cross over the little bridge to the other side and then start to walk down the far side of the creek.

You're heading towards two very big tall trees.

In between those trees is where your boat always,

Always is.

The ground now is quite rocky underneath your feet so you have to be a little bit careful where you step.

The rocks feel cold in contrast to the warm soft spongy grass.

The sound of the creek is very loud and it's as if it goes inside of your brain and takes over all of your thoughts.

That's why you love it here because you can't think about anything.

You don't worry about anything.

You don't think about school.

You don't think about your life.

You don't think about your friends.

You don't think about anything here.

The sound of the creek just blows through your brain,

Blows through your thoughts and takes over completely.

It's like you're stepping inside of a washing machine or something.

You're setting the cycle on deep wash so it washes away all of your worries.

You take a nice big deep breath and you can smell the creek,

The fresh water,

The cold wet stones.

The wet earth underneath your feet smells damp and rich and full of energy and it feels really good to walk on it barefoot.

You come to the spot with the two big giant trees and there is your boat right there in the middle.

You head down towards the boat and as soon as you get there you start to push the boat into the creek and then you jump in and let the water start to take you on a journey.

At first you sit up and just watch.

You watch as everything on the left starts to go by and everything on the right starts to go by.

There's a forest up there on the right and all the trees are bright green right now this time of year.

Over on the left in the far distance you can see lots of quaint little village houses.

After a while you lay back and lay down.

You have a soft blanket in the boat that you keep there and a pillow to put your head on.

The rocking of the boat feels comforting and relaxing underneath your body,

Swaying you a little bit from side to side as if it's holding you like a baby.

And you love this feeling,

You feel safe and supported,

You feel warm and cosy and protected.

The sun is shining down on your body so it feels like a big warm fluffy blanket coming down from the sky.

It's the perfect place to relax.

You close your eyes for a moment and just feel the sensation of the boat rocking underneath your body,

Swaying you really gently from side to side.

There's a swish,

Swish,

Splash,

Splash sound as the water hits the boat and that sounds very hypnotic,

Soothing,

Repetitive so it's like listening to a clock ticking over and over again,

Helping you to relax even deeper.

When you open your eyes you look up at the sky and it's the perfect shade of blue.

There's big white fluffy clouds in the sky.

Think about what it would feel like to lay on one of those fluffy clouds.

How would it feel like it does in the boat?

All soft and warm and cuddly.

You notice that your body is already responding to this beautiful,

Beautiful relaxing journey that you're on.

Your body feels heavy.

Starting to feel very calm inside.

Warm and snuggly.

No worries in the world.

You notice that your legs feel really tired and heavy.

So does your arms and your body.

It's like you're sinking deeper and deeper into the soft blanket on the boat and the pillow beneath your head.

It feels so nice to get away from the rest of the world.

It's nice to escape once in a while and just be on your own in this special place.

The cool thing about this creek is when it gets all the way to the end it has a very magical thing where it just turns you around and starts to bring you back.

It's as if it knows that all you're doing is just getting onto your boat so that you can hopefully fall to sleep and just relax for a while.

It's like one of those carnival rides.

It takes you on the ride and then it brings you back and then it lets you go home.

That's what this creek does for you.

It takes you all the way down to the other village.

All the way across the other side of town.

And then it turns around and starts to bring you all the way back.

When you get to the end and it turns you around you can always feel the sensation of being turned around,

Starting to move in a different direction.

But the flow of the water seems to change for you also.

So you're not riding up against a current.

Once again you're flowing with the water.

And it brings you all the way back.

This journey always lets you get so so sleepy.

It's like you go in the washing machine.

You do the deep wash.

Then you have a spin cycle.

Then you have a drying cycle.

And then at the end when the boat stops you get out of the boat.

Start to walk again through the field.

Feeling like a brand new person.

You feel rested,

Relaxed,

Comfortable.

You feel stress free,

Happy,

Energised,

Cleansed.

You always feel amazing as you walk back through the buttercup field.

Sometimes you stop and pick some of the flowers so that you can take them home with you and put them in a little vase and keep them in your bedroom.

And sometimes you don't.

Sometimes you just walk through the field back towards the village.

And then all the way back home.

Sometimes you open your eyes and find yourself in your bed and realise you just dreamed about this special boat.

Your relaxing boat ride that you love to go on.

You realise you dreamed about the buttercup field and the creek and how it turns you around and brings you home.

And then sometimes it feels like you actually really do go there.

And you have the most relaxing boat ride where you get to fall to sleep and then wake up feeling absolutely amazing each and every time.

How cool is that?

The End

78Th to listen, first to reply! Great! Now, I am going to continue my story. Title: Wishing chapter 5: The book When Mia arrived at her new home, her sad started puting all the furniture in. When Mia was looking around, she found a book, she blew all the dust of and the title read " Finding A Way" Since Mia was wearing a back pack, she stuffed the book in the bag and said to herself " That's it! I need to find a way back to my friends!" so she picked her phone up of the ground and put it in her pocket and said " Dad! Pass me the map." her dad just passed her the map ad said " What do you need it for." Mia said " I'm going on an adventure." She ran out side and adventured out threw the near by forest following the road. She decided that she was lost and hungry, she was also bored. So she started reading. The book read " Zoe walked over to her horse Midnight with the gun in her hand aiming it right at Midnight, Midnight whinnied and ran of, Zoe shot the poor thing right on the bottom." Mia shut the book instantly and turned back to try find home, it was getting quiet late and Mia was even more hungry than before. She saw a little cabin and ran right towards it. When Mia arrived at the door, she knocked on it gently. Wishing she was home the door flung open, all to see her mother standing at the door. Mia yelled " Mum?!?" Her mum said " Yes my sweet, Mia, I'm here now, and where is you're father? And I see you have the book I wrote." Mia said " YOU WROTE THIS BOOK!?! YOU WHERE A STORY WRIGHTER!?!" Mias mum replied " I did indeed." Mia squeezed her mum, Mia when inside the small wooden little cozy log cabin. The little place had a fireplace, a small bed, a little tabel and chairs, a small kitchen, a little bedside table next to the bed, a small bathroom stall outside, a little carpet and some dishes. That night, Mia slept in the bed with her mum. To be continued...
