So my name is Corrie Let's sit down and get super comfortable in your meditation position whatever that looks like for you Straighten your spine relax your hands on your lap or on your knees Close down your eyes When you close down your eyes start to become more connected to the rest of your sensors So let's just check in with our ears for a moment Listening to me obviously but pay attention to the subtle sounds around you in your space Maybe you can hear the inside Maybe you can hear things on the outside of your home And then how about your nose When you take your next breath in breathe in and smell your space I can smell my incense I can smell my coffee What do you guys smell?
What can you smell?
Breathe it into your body If you haven't done so already start to take longer slower deeper breaths Calm your breathing down so that the rest of your body can calm down with it Nice long slow deep breaths On your next inhale just breathe into your face Imagine that you're pulling your breath into your face and the breath is full of relaxation So as you breathe into your face See your breath in your mind just kind of circulating around your eyes Allowing your eyes to soften and relax When you breathe out see if you can use your exhale to soften your face Soften the space around your eyes let your eyebrows get heavier on your exhale Just feel into it breathe into it Breathe into the left side of your head So purposely feel your breath and send it up to the left side of your head As if you're pushing it up there with a little bit of force Let your breath circulate as if it's flowing around the left side of your brain Softening any tension on the left side of your scalp Breathing out Breathing in this time breathe up into the right side of your head Just send your breath up there Feel it flowing around in the right side of your brain And then breathing it out nice and slow Take another big breath in and breathe into your cheeks See if you can relax your cheeks,
Relax your jaw Make space between the roof of your mouth and your tongue Relax your shoulders down Looking out into the space there in front of you starting to use your imagination I'd like you to imagine that you're standing in front of an elevator You can see the elevator doors right there in front of you And on the left there's a panel of buttons There's the normal lights up above which show the light moving And you see that the elevator is coming down to the ground level You press the button number two on the side panel of buttons And in just a few moments the elevator doors will open You hear that bing sound There's no one inside of the elevator You step inside and press number two again on the buttons And the door closes The elevator is one of those that's quite rickety,
A little bit old But it's good,
You're safe It feels a little bit jerky But it doesn't take too long at all before you feel it and hear it coming to a stop And the number two lights up over your head,
Over the doors And the door opens to you staring out at a white sandy beach You step out and if you're anything but barefoot Please kick off your socks and your shoes as you look down at your feet So that you're barefoot on the white soft sand right there at the entrance And you start to walk down towards the ocean Feeling the sand warm from the sun underneath your feet Sliding through your toes It's super super soft and powdery and very very white And there's a few shells here and there But it's mostly just one of those perfect white soft beaches And the water looks crystal clear and brilliant blue And the closer you get,
The louder the ocean becomes You can smell it,
It smells just like the ocean And there is a soft dampness in the air Like tiny little particles of the ocean water You can feel them on your skin and your face As you walk down to the ocean Allow your toes and your feet to just step into the water When the wave comes up the beach So you're just in really shallow But you can feel the ocean around your feet It feels cool and refreshing And it really is super clean and crystal clear And all you can see when you look forward is ocean for as far as you can see If you look left you can see the beach going down for as far as you can see If you look right,
All you see is the same thing Just beach for days and days and days And there's absolutely no one here,
Just you Start to let your body relax Let the weight of whatever you are carrying daily Start to feel as if it's melting off your shoulders Let your shoulders get heavier Let the space at the back of your neck start to just feel lighter,
More open Really focus on your breath for me Be in this space,
On this beach as much as you can possibly be here Like sensory wise,
Feel as much Feel the beach,
Feel the water Feel the sand moving underneath your toes as the wave pulls it back out Feel the peace and the calm and the quiet all around you It's like you've landed in a little space of heaven all to yourself The sun is shining down on the ocean and it creates a really pretty light ripple effect across the motion in the ocean and the soft waves that are coming up the beach and crashing around your feet Life is good Just be in this moment as much as you can possibly be Breathe,
Relax,
Life is good right here As you look out at the ocean If the ocean represented the abundance of wealth in our reality and you see it out there and it's big and it's vast and it's pure and it's clean and it's so pretty and beautiful How would you take what's yours?
If you had to create something that carried this abundance back into your reality How imaginative could you be so that you get what's yours?
You get enough Would you collect it in a bucket?
Would you collect it in a giant swimming pool?
Would you have a big fat sucky hose pipe that just keeps sucking a supply for you constantly?
I think that one's pretty smart How would you take this abundance?
How would you make it yours?
Just knowing that there is so much of it that it can't possibly run out You can't possibly be taking anybody else's Everybody has an equal right to take what they deserve or what they desire to live comfortably and happily That should be something that's there for all of us How would you take?
And how does it make you feel knowing that you have your supply of abundance and you can just be comfortable You can just breathe Can you imagine the relaxation that you would feel in the body?
How the thoughts around money would change?
Come on guys,
Play with me here If you had this and it was endless Let yourself feel that with me Just feel it It would feel so nice,
Right?
To just know that you have enough for you Ooh,
Now I can spend it Who can I spend it on now?
What can I do with this money to change the world?
How could I make a difference with this money?
This money I could give back to da da da da da This money would change this person's life With this money I could create the business that's going to change people's lives in a different way I could use the money to do good things in the world What would you do if you had no worries and you had no limits and you had all the money you needed?
How would you be in this world?
Let yourself play It relaxes your entire being It does Your tension,
Your stress Relaxes your shoulders,
Your body,
Your cells Everything just goes Ah,
Life is so good This is so nice And all you're doing is just playing Enjoying But then we also have some serious work to do with this ocean Because this ocean can give and it can also receive And it's so big and vast that the things that it receives don't taint it enough to make a difference So I want you to look down and start to focus at your feet And imagine that every time the wave comes up,
It comes to greet you And it says,
Hey,
I'm here to take away some of those silly beliefs that you have around money And it soaks its deliciousness around your feet And then it pulls that silly belief back with it to the ocean And it just dissipates into nothingness Because it's so big and vast and full of its own consciousness of abundance that nothing can take that away It's like a tiny little speck of dust So don't feel concerned about the ocean The ocean's got it So that's what I want you to do I want you to think about one of your beliefs right now One of your beliefs that doesn't serve you around money And watch the ocean come up the beach,
Come up to your feet Imagine that belief is right down there Whittle your toes,
Breathe that baby Let that baby out of your body Just let the ocean pull it away Wash it clean from your body,
From your being Like a fresh,
Clean start Let's do that again What's another one of my beliefs?
Think this to yourself What's another one of my beliefs that I don't need to keep carrying from my childhood Or from my parents Or from whoever laid it on me,
My grandparents I can be as abundant as I desire I can be as deserving as I desire I can have as much money as I want I have to open myself up to accept that I'm worthy Let's do it,
Come on guys Do you have a thought,
Do you have a feeling?
Feel it Let's let go of those silly old beliefs Imagine it's moving all the way down into your feet And here's the ocean coming back up the beach It's beautiful,
Clean,
Magical,
Crystal clear waters Come up and splash around your feet Whittle those toes,
Babes Feel as if you're kicking it off your big toes Just whittle it off Yeah,
It's time to let it go What has it served you?
It's time to change You have the power to create your thoughts that create your reality And that's what you're doing right now You're watching those old beliefs Get pulled back Watch it go back Watch it go into that vast,
Beautiful ocean And just disperse into nothing Take a breath And with that exhale,
Feel that feeling of And so it is This feels delicious to just let go And so it is I'm sure we all have quite a lot of them So let's do it again What's another silly belief around money?
Think about it Maybe it's that being rich is not for you You're not lucky enough to have a lot of money You're not lucky enough to be successful That's just only certain people on this earth I'm not one of those Let's kind of just go through that idea,
Shall we?
Whatever your belief is Feel it going all the way down into your feet And watch the ocean come up Swish around your ankles Over the tops of your feet Wiggle your toes Kick that baby off the tips of your toes Let it go Take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath As the ocean pulls away And feel that sand underneath your feet Shifting and changing Creating a new ground to stand on Think about that I'm creating a new ground Let's let a wave come up to my feet This one we're going to give to the ocean I believe that my money consciousness is getting better and better Every moment I listen to this meditation And so it is My money consciousness is getting better and better Moment to moment And so it is Let the ocean accept this new belief I really,
Deep down believe that I am abundant And grateful for everything I have Let the ocean take that manifestation Lift your feet up and let it suck it out of your body Wiggle your toes and just give it as a gift And so it is What manifestation,
What belief do you want around money?
Just feel free Know that you have that Big,
Big,
Wide,
Broad,
Sucky pipe in this ocean That's going to suck the abundance and keep it flowing to you Bringing it to you as you believe that you are worthy And there is enough to share for everybody in the world What belief do you have?
Let the ocean,
Let the wave come up to your feet Let it swish around Allow yourself to feel as if you are being cleansed and renewed in this moment And let it take your new belief with you Let it take you back to the big abundant ocean Or it can come back to you Or it can multiply Multiply The important exchange right now is an exchange of gratitude For exactly what you've just done I am so grateful for the ocean in helping me with this ritual I appreciate the support from Mother Earth and the Universe I trust,
And so it is Now I'd like you to turn around and feel yourself starting to walk back up the beach Feel the warmer dry sand again on your feet Let it squish through your toes Coming back towards the elevator When you get to the elevator I'd like you to press the button that has the G for ground floor on it You hear the elevator moving and then it pings and opens and you step inside of the empty elevator once again And you press the G on the inside panel And the door closes We're going to go down two floors One Two Stopping at the ground Feeling the stillness of the elevator And the doors open automatically for you I'd like you to imagine that you walk out and just sit in your space Just like you were before you got in the elevator However you were sat When I count to five you'll open your eyes and come back into this space And you'll come back with this new energy A new mentality about money With new things that you're going to do New things that you're going to think And you're going to practice this daily from a place of happiness and joy I'm going to count to five One Two Three Four Five You can slowly open your eyes You can whittle your toes Whittle your fingers Come back into your beautiful body Your beautiful abundant body Today practice a day of really seeing and accepting all that you have All that you have already Let that be your practice for the day We'll close the meditation Namaste my friends And so it is
