There are so many facets to being female. In this practice, l am addressing that part of us that feels we have to be hard or in our male energy to be safe. I am providing a space where we can be soft, a place where we can see the strength in our vulnerability, in our needy moments, in softness, we can still be safe. Try doing this guided meditation for 2 weeks every evening before bed to help your subconscious mind feel safe.

It's time to relax and meditate with Kari.

Make sure that you're lying down in your bed and you're feeling really comfortable.

Make that everything in your body feels just right so that you can relax and let go of your day.

Close your eyes if you haven't done so already and take a nice big deep breath.

When you breathe out make sure that you sigh so verbally sigh out your day.

Breathe in and take a nice big deep breath all the way down to the base of your tummy and breathe out with a nice verbal sigh and then find a breathing pattern that feels good for you.

Just resume your normal breathing.

Keep your focus and attention on your breath and notice what it feels like when you breathe in and what it feels like when you breathe out.

Any thoughts that come into your mind imagine they're just like the waves of the ocean coming in.

Just let them go back out so make no attachment to any thoughts from your day or any thoughts that are coming to you in the moment.

Just see them and pull your focus back to your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out starting to allow your body to relax.

This meditation is all about you feeling safe being in your female energy.

This next breath breathe and breathe all the way down to the base of your spine right there where your root chakra lies.

This is the house of our safety so we need to create safety in our minds or a safe environment so that we feel protected and we don't have to be in anger.

The vibration of anger is predominantly male so when we're female we need to be able to feel safe.

With your eyes closed imagine that you're in a place that makes you feel really good.

A place where you feel safe and comfortable protected from the rest of the world.

Maybe that's the beach or the forest or the sea or the sea or the sea.

Maybe that's the beach or the forest.

See if you can go to your happy place in your mind whatever comes to you in this moment.

Use your imagination and imagine you're there right now.

Imagine that you're lying down,

Connect to your back body and be aware of the sensations that you can feel whether you're laying on the grass or the beach.

Feel the sensations of what that would feel like if you were actually laying there right now.

Now picture yourself being surrounded with white light just a white ball of energy.

So when you open your eyes and you look around all you see is this white pure light to your left to your right in front of you behind you above your head.

And this white light is creating a safe place for you to be.

A safe place where you can connect to your female energy and be comfortable in that place.

Be vulnerable being a woman in this place.

Know that in this white light you're completely safe so you're practicing being in your female energy away from regular reality but it's still helping you to practice being in your female energy.

So you're practicing being in your female energy away from regular reality but it's still helping you to practice is still creating this reality in your subconscious mind.

The place where you can be safe to be a woman.

And this place connecting to your female essence.

Take a nice big deep breath.

When you breathe out tell yourself I am safe being a woman.

Repeat that again take a nice big deep breath and say to yourself I am safe being a woman.

I am safe to be gentle.

I am safe even when I'm vulnerable.

Tell yourself it's okay to be needed but I don't have to save everyone.

It's okay to be needed but I don't have to save everyone.

Tell yourself I'm not responsible for everyone.

I can be kind,

Vulnerable,

Compassionate,

Submissive,

Gentle,

Feminine,

And I will still be safe.

I can be strong,

I can be powerful,

I can demand attention,

I can have needs and still be safe.

I can be demanding,

Emotional,

I can desire respect,

I can have lots of responsibilities and I'll still be safe.

I can cry,

Need love and attention,

Let people take care of me,

Be heard and seen,

And I will still be safe.

Take a deep breath.

I can be a woman and I will still be safe.

Take a breath and focus on the center of your chest.

Allow your heart to start to open up.

Breathe into that space.

Think in the center of your chest and every time you breathe in that space opens more and the pink energy gets bigger and bigger.

Allow your heart to be open.

Tell yourself my heart is open and I am safe.

It's okay to feel.

I will still be safe.

It's okay to be weak and needy.

I don't always have to be strong.

Allow yourself to feel all the different energies and traits of being in your female self.

You can still be powerful in your vulnerability.

You can still be protected with your heart chakra wide open to the world.

You can still be this amazing badass female and still be needy and cry and have moments of weakness.

You are all of those things combined.

Take a big deep breath into that heart center.

Spread the energy across your shoulders down into your abdomen.

Open your heart wide open so that you can experience new love whatever you need to come into your reality.

You deserve people that listen to you.

You deserve people that fully love you.

You deserve to be comfortable and safe being in your female energy.

You deserve to be safe and comfortable.

You deserve to be in your female energy.

Look around and know that that big white ball of light is around you protecting you at all times.

Even in your waking day.

Even in your normal reality.

Just imagine that white light is your protection.

Allowing you to be the woman that you are.

You are safe.
