Hello,

My name is Cori.

First of all,

Sit down and get comfortable.

The purpose of this meditation and you joining me today is so that I can help you to regain a little bit of sanity in about five minutes.

So once you're sat down,

Straighten your spine,

Go ahead and close off your eyes and start by taking a big deep breath for me.

Really exaggerate on your breath.

So breathe in all the way down to your tummy.

Hold it when it's in there for a few seconds and then breathe out and really let go.

Once again,

A nice big deep breath in.

Breathe all the way down and hold when you fall.

Hold,

Hold and then release with a big sigh,

A big exhale.

Let your shoulders drop.

Bring yourself into this moment for a second.

Whatever has been happening so far in your day,

Whatever is going to happen later,

Right now you're with me with your eyes closed.

You're sat calm and quiet and we're just going to take a moment for ourselves to pull back into some balance.

Keep your breath nice and slow,

But do it much more easier now.

So don't exaggerate your breath so much.

Just find a nice rhythm that suits you.

A nice calm,

Slow breath.

Whatever has been happening that's driving you crazy,

Just say to yourself right now in this moment,

Nothing is worth me losing it over.

Just say that to yourself.

Nothing is worth me losing it over.

A nice big deep breath once again,

Calming yourself down with your breath.

Know that anything that's happening right now in your reality,

Anything that's going on,

Even if it's the worst thing in the world,

Know that right now in this moment,

You're okay.

Whatever it is that's happening will get sorted out.

But for you to sort things out,

You need to be in a good mental space.

You need to be calm.

You need to be centered.

So just breathing with me for the next few minutes like this,

Nice slow breaths,

Is helping you to take a pause from everything else that's happening outside of this moment.

Just you and me breathing because you're worth it,

Because you deserve it,

Because you need it,

And you love yourself enough to do this.

Just breathe.

No matter what is happening,

You can handle this.

You can handle it.

You're capable of more than you realize.

You're strong.

You're smart.

You have a good head on your shoulders and you can cope with whatever life is bringing your way,

Right?

Right.

One more big deep breath in for me,

Really big,

As if you're bringing in all the peace in the world out there.

You're pulling it into your body and on that exhale,

Let go of all of this buildup of tension.

Let go of all of your worries.

You've got this.

Namaste,

My friend.
