Hi there,

My name is Kori and you're probably listening to this meditation because you want to be able to calm down and de-stress.

So,

Let's just get straight to it,

Shall we?

We'll do this as quickly and as easily as we possibly can.

If you're listening to me driving or walking around,

Please obviously pay attention and keep your eyes open.

But if you have the ability to close down your eyes,

Sit with your back nice and straight regardless of where you are,

Take a nice big deep breath in and use your breath in as an intention to reset the mood,

The energy,

The emotion that you're in.

So use your inhale,

This first big inhale,

As like a reset button.

On this next big deep breath in,

Really slow things down.

So breathe in nice and deep and slow and breathe it out.

This time,

If you didn't do before,

With your mouth open.

So breathe it out through your mouth.

Big breath in,

Breathing all the way down,

Nice and slow.

Big deep exaggerated breath and then on your exhale,

Breathe out with your open mouth.

Releasing,

Sighing if you feel like it,

Making a noise,

Whatever feels right for you.

Just breathe out with the intention of flopping,

Relaxing,

Releasing with that exhale.

And when I say flopping,

I mean just let your shoulders and your tummy and your back kind of slump as you breathe out.

Soften in,

Curl in a little bit as you exhale.

Breathe in,

Up,

Open,

Straight spine.

Breathe out,

Soften,

Curl in,

Exhale everything out and then come back to a neutral straight spine.

But keep your breath nice and slow,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

I'm going to say some phrases that not only calm the mind,

Calm your nervous system,

But also create the reality that you want,

Which is followed by the feeling because of the statement,

Everything is okay.

Very simple statement.

Say it internally if you're around people and you can't say it out loud.

Otherwise,

If you're in your car or you're alone,

Just say it out loud with me.

Everything is okay.

Everything is going to be okay.

I can handle this.

All is well.

All is well.

Nice big deep breaths in between each statement.

Everything is okay.

Everything will be okay.

I can handle this.

All is well.

All is well.

Really allow yourself to feel the statements as you say them.

Let your body accept that this is the truth.

No matter what's going on in your situation.

This is the truth right now.

Everything is okay.

I'm calm.

I'm very calm.

Everything will be okay.

I can handle this.

All is well.

All is well.

Let the words and the energy and the vibration of the words really soak into your bones and your muscles and your body.

Everything is okay.

Everything will be okay.

I can handle this.

I can handle this.

All is well.

All is well.

If there is a certain phrase that I'm using that feels like it resonates most in your body,

It feels real,

Feels like you can believe it when you say it,

Use that statement.

Keep repeating it on a loop in your mind.

If it feels comfortable for you,

Allow your body to rock just a little bit back and forward.

Back and forward as you repeat the statement.

This is grounding.

It's calming.

It makes your body feel safe.

Everything is okay.

Everything will be okay.

I can handle this.

All is well.

All is well.

I am calm.

Keep repeating all five different statements or just one or two of those statements that I've suggested for as long as you need to.

You can do it like I said while you're driving.

You can do it internally in your mind while you're walking around the supermarket.

You can do it taking a break at work,

In the restroom,

Wherever you need to,

To change the vibration of your body,

To change your mindset,

The energy,

The way that you feel.

You have complete control and you can do something about it.

Just use one of those statements and everything will be okay.
