Good morning,
My name is Corrie.
First of all,
Let's just get up,
Sit up in bed or sit down on your meditation pillow.
Make an effort to change the position that you were laying in for this morning meditation.
Once you sat down and you're comfortable,
You got over the biggest part.
You actually got up,
You got out of bed,
You got motivated enough to sit down with the intention of starting your day off right.
Take a nice big deep breath,
See if you can bring some air into your body and start to just wake yourself up a little bit more.
Straighten your spine.
When you exhale,
Release any tension that you might have in your shoulders,
So just soften your shoulders and your jaw.
You may be in the mindset this morning of,
Oh gosh,
It's another day.
I don't even feel like getting up.
Or you could be.
Today is going to be the best day ever,
Wherever you're at.
Let's just try and get some enthusiasm,
Some motivation,
Some positive energy running through our bodies so that we can have a good day today.
Take another big deep breath all the way down to your abdomen.
Really setting an intention of filling your chest and your lungs and your tummy with air and then breathe it out nice and slow as if you're sweeping clean the energy inside of your body.
You're wiping the blackboard clean,
Refreshing it for a new day.
You're here,
You're alive,
And you're breathing.
Hopefully you're lucky enough to have a wonderful house that's protecting you,
Keeping you warm and safe.
You're probably sat on something that's comfortable and secure.
When you go downstairs,
There'll be coffee and breakfast when you want it.
Life is quite good,
Right?
All the basic needs are being met.
But just do me a favor and start to feel into your body.
Feel into your arms,
Your hands.
What I mean by feel into,
Go inside of yourself as if you're observing from the inner outwards.
So feel inside of your arms first of all.
Feel the energy,
Possible vibration.
You might feel a buzzing sensation when you really tune in.
Be aware of that.
Feel the buzzing sensation in your hands and your fingertips.
Move up to your face and imagine you're staring from the inside out,
Even though your eyes are closed.
Feel the space that you're in.
The energy underneath your skin.
And imagine you as a tiny little Buddha sat there in your headspace looking out at the world.
A new day full of endless possibilities of how you can think,
How you can feel,
What you can do.
It's all right there,
Just waiting to be manifested from your actions and your words.
Take another big deep breath.
Really bring that air,
That life force into your body and think about that for a second.
You're alive with endless possibilities.
Think about how many things you could do today if you really wanted to.
What you could experience,
What you could feel,
How you could impact others.
It's all up to you.
It's buzzing inside of you.
It's all up to you.
It's buzzing inside of you.
Just waiting to take action from whatever decisions you make.
How about we go for it today and just make all of the positive,
Energizing,
Magnetic,
Amazing decisions we could possibly make.
And it could be the best day ever.
